Très bon rapport qualité/prix sur Nice

Pros: Thibault est très réactif. Communication rapide et efficace. Audrey gère l'accueil de manière très sympathique ; c'est agréable. Stationnement gratuit dans l'enceinte de la résidence : c'est un plus pour Nice ! Très grande terrasse avec une belle vue dans laquelle la température monte rapidement, mais la clim est là pour y remédier. Salle de bain exiguë (douche et WC) mais fonctionnelle. Présence d'une machine type Nespresso.

Cons: La clim de l'espace intérieur est mal raccordée à l'extérieur et n'a pas l'efficacité qu'on pourrait en attendre (ce point semble facile à résoudre). Le sommier du canapé-lit grince beaucoup ce qui n'est pas très propice à un bon sommeil. Pour ceux qui désirent cuisiner, il manque quelques ustensiles : petite planche a découper, casserole inox (materiau qui ne se laisse pas massacrer par les utilisateurs indélicats).
