Great place to stay for Nice

Pros: Good gated enclosure accommodation with access to a pool and tennis court.

Cons: Some of the cutlery and tableware wasn't clean and also didn't see the Euro 450 deposit so that came as shock!

Pros: The property was clean and had an amazing view of the town and sea

Loved it!

Pros: Lovely big apartment. Fabulous views from two large terraces with dining table and sunbeds. Comfy beds, even the sofa bed. So quiet and peaceful. Well equipped kitchen. Wonderful pool. Garage space. Unless you're super fit and strong, I'd recommend hiring a car as the walk up through the terraces is steep, but that's what makes the views so beautiful!

Great apartment with two balconies and a great view, nice place to relax.

Pros: Great, clean and well equipped apartment, nice view, calm neighborhood, good place to relax. It was great for a family of four people, I recommend it. Carrefour City and the beach are few minutes by car.

Pros: Panorama fantastico in appartamento curato e ampio. Ottimamente arredato. Non comodissimo al mare raggiungibile a 1,8 km. Terrazzi ampi con vista mare. Piscina del villaggio a disposizione. Per gli amanti del tennis ricordarsi racchette e palle.

Cons: Toilette e lavandino in due locali differenti su due livelli

Pros: A two-story apartment only 10 min drive from Nice downtown. Astonishing view of the city and the sea. Clean and comfortable. Garage parking. Two balconies. Well equipped kitchen with dishwasher, washer and even dryer (which is rare in Europe). Very responsive and helpful host.

Appartement super, communicatie matig.

Pros: Informatie voorafgaand op tijd ontvangen. Alles was duidelijk. Appartement was zeer comfortabel met mooi uitzicht. Het is van alles voorzien.

Cons: Als je slecht ter been bent raad ik dit appartement af. Je moet een slingerweg steil omhoog lopen. Vanaf de ingang van het appartementencomplex tot aan het appartement duurt dit ongeveer 10 minuten en is erg zwaar. Wij hebben een aantal keer geprobeerd om de eigenaar te bereiken voor vragen, maar er werd niet opgenomen en zijn ook niet teruggebeld. De bereikbaarheid is slecht. Ook vragen ze om een contante borg van €450,00 wat erg veel is. De borg wordt ‘S avonds opgehaald door iemand wat gek is. Diegene spreekt geen Engels.

Pros: Amazing view from the balcony, great renovation made to the property, great communication with the host, 15-minute walking distance to sea and beach, cleanliness, etc.
