Pros: I like the place, the security and I like that the tramway is near to the place and you may mot use the tramway because of the location of the house
Cons: I like everything but we didn't find any wifi and I think it's better if we had another key for the house

In the heart of wonderful Nice
Pros: Nice flat, conveniently located in the Carrè dOr, the luxury district in Nice, within walking distance from Place Massena, bus/tramway stops and restaurants and cafeterias. Clean, comfortable, hyper modern. Good communication with the agency.
Cons: We had and issue with the TV but the technician didn’t came. This was our little complaining only.

Value for money stay with AC in a central location close to train station and Promenade des Anglais
Pros: The apartment was centrally located between Jean Medecin and Place Massena easily accessible to the train station as well as the beach. The air conditioning and fans provided provided relief from the summer heat and the kitchenette was very useful.
Cons: Keys to the garbage room were not provided so we had to dispose the waste in one of the bins on the street.

Уютные и удобные апартаменты с отличным расположением.
Pros: Отличные апартаменты. Все чисто, свежий ремонт, полная комлектация по посуде и сопутствующих средств, есть даже шопперы для похода в магазин) Находится в переулочке в самом центре прогулочной улицы с трамваями (видно часть улицы в окно), 5-7 минут до Галерея Лафайет и площади, 5-7 минут до большого продуктового Монопри, до вокзала пешком минут 15. Не шумно. Кондиционеры напольные, но ими не пользовались.
Cons: Возможно, хотелось бы более упругих подушек. Припарковаться может быть проблематично, хотя рядом и есть несколько улочек с платными парковками, но днем могут быть все забиты. Ближе к ночи места обычно появляются. Также есть парковка при данном жилом комплексе, но доступа у нас не было, хотя, так-то, мы и не спрашивали у хозяев.

Pros: Posizione eccellente. Appartamento pulitissimo e dotato di ogni comfort; inoltre, ad ogni mia richiesta di informazioni ho ricevuto immediata risposta.
Cons: Non mi è piaciuto il fatto che su Booking non sia specificato in fase di scelta che è obbligatorio dare una cauzione. Si può scegliere di darla a fondo perduto, di circa 70 euro, altrimenti 300 euro che saranno restituiti dopo circa 15 giorni. Ciò deve essere specificato. Inoltre la mattina presto, verso le 6 si sentono i tram che passano ma sono pochi e ci si fa poco caso.

Apart from unexpected charge, overall a good stay at a great location.
Pros: Location was great, it is small but had what we needed for a 3 night stay. Check in was easy and instructions in English were very clear. This made it stress free.
Cons: I was caught by surprise on the morning of check in when I was contacted via whatsapp that I had to pay either a 500 Euro deposit or a 53 Euro non refundable charge for any potential damages. This is the last step of the “online check in” process. As an overseas traveler, any dispute back and forth would result in potentially 500 Euros charge so I opted, involuntarily to this 53 Euro non refundable charge otherwise I would not be able to check in. This should have been made known upfront at the point of booking. This lack of transparency left a bit of a sour feeling to an otherwise good experience.

Locație foarte bună pentru un sejur scurt.
Pros: Locatia este una excelentă, în centrul orașului, aproape de tot. Patul a fost confortabil, am dormit foarte bine.
Cons: Patul nu avea cadru 😅 practic era salteaua pusă peste somiera și apoi direct cearceaf. Probabil nu l-au pus pentru ca dormitorul este minuscul și cu 2 cm în plus nu se închidea ușa. Clădirea nu este deloc bine izolată fonic, auzi foarte clar conversațiile de pe stradă, la fel și peretele de rigips dintre camere permite sunetului să treacă foarte ușor, chiar și în șoaptă.
