Probably the best value for a single holyday-maker in this part of Nice.

Pros: Convenient location, and easy walking distances to beach, recreational areas, shops, transport. In general, clean studio in minimalist style, good to stay for 1-2 weeks.

Cons: Only minor drawbacks: city noises, however not disturbing, minimalist kitchen - would be nice to have more kitchen tools, e.g. colander, cheese knife, bottle opener etc. Nothing really to complain.
