Pros: We stayed at Bienvenue sur la Côte d'Azur for just one night, and it was a lovely experience. The place is ideal for two people – cozy, clean, and well-equipped for a short stay. Our host, Mrs. Annemarie, was exceptionally kind and helpful. She made sure everything was perfectly prepared for our arrival and communicated with great care and attention. We truly appreciated her hospitality and would gladly return. Highly recommended for a peaceful and pleasant stop on the Bienvenue sur Côte d'Azur.

Good location, great price

Pros: The location is good, 15 minutes from the train station. We walked a lot. The house is clean and you have the equipment if you want to cook. You share the entry with one other flat, the people who stayed with us were not loud.

Cons: It says there is coffee but there was only 1 capsul for each person, not even 1 per each morning. I find that a bit cheap, at least put 1 per person, per morning

Pros: Excellent location and Annemarie a fantastic host, she gave us all the tips we needed to enjoy our stay in Nice, from supermarkets, shops, good restaurants and beautiful places to visit. Also very thorough with everything we needed to enjoy our stay in the apartment.

Pros: L établissement était tres propore tout les equipement y etait machine a laver plaque microonde climatiseur toutvetait parfais .. la gérante Mme Anne marie etait tres acceuillante chaleureuse a pris une quinzaine de minute pour nous donner de bons plans et tout expliquer .. un sejour parfait

Pros: Понравилось абсолютно все!!! Местоположение квартиры, чистота, удобства, было все необходимое для комфортного проживания: посуда, кофемашина, тостер, чайник, даже чай и сахар в пакетиках, жидкое мыло, гель для душа!!! Что было очень неожиданно и приятно, хотя у нас было все свое.Очень заботливая хозяйка, даёт хорошие советы, все объяснила и показала на карте городаотвечает на смс очень быстро. Рекомендую всем!!!!

Erittäin hyvä kaupunkikoti

Pros: Kuvaus vastasi todellisuutta täysin, ilmastointi oli hyvä, sijainti oli erittäin hyvä, majoittaja oli ystävällinen, palveluhenkinen ja vastasi viesteihin viiveettä. Asunto oli erittäin siisti.

Cons: Jonkin verran melua tuli kadulta. Portaat makuuparvelle olivat hyvin jyrkät, jollekin ne voisivat olla vaikeakulkuiset.
