MY CASA - PROM 13 - Sea View - Promenade des Anglais - Terrace

Real Mediterranean feeling!

Pros: Spectacular view, super location. Breakfast in the balcony at the end of November! Separate toilette. You can watch the sunrise from the bed. Nice and comfortable shower.

Cons: The mattress in the bed is a real shame, should be replaced! Only two coffee mug. A little shelf in the shower would be nice (to put shampoo or shower gel on it)

Pros: The driver who picked us up at the airport already had the keys ready for us. That was great and comfortable. Also the view and location were amazing. I would just stay the whole holiday on the balcony looking at the azure sea!

Pros: Great sea view.If you left the doors open at night you could hear the waves crashing on beach.But during day this was limited due to noise of busy roadway outside

Cons: Entrance corridor a bit tired and tatty but could not fault room which was bright and welcoming.Bed was comfortable and shower was great.Didn’t really use kitchen but all facilities there.Great balcony with table and chairs.All in all great value for money.

Great location and views.

Pros: Excellent location with balcony overlooking promenade. Great shower. Lovely bakery nearby on Rue Lenval. Near tram stop. Admin organised pick up at Nice-Ville for late arrival.

Cons: QR code to get information about property and services did not work. e.g. had to go searching where to put rubbish. Admin’s response …. “We know. It’s nothing” Communal areas were in bad repair.

Overall the benefits outweighed the disadvantages and I would recommend this guest house

Pros: We wanted to be on the promenade with a sea view. That is what we got. The entrance to the block is very off putting, dingy dark and scruffy but do not let this put you off as the apartment is very clean and bright and gives you the view you wanted. There is everything you need in the apartment and is spacious enough for a week long stay.

Cons: Because you are on the promenade you get the traffic noise all day and night, now if your a light sleeper this may affect your sleep pattern. The apartment is in the Mangan district, this is a good 30/40 minute walk from the Old town where most of the restaurants are or a 10/15 tram ride at a cost of 1.50 Euros. No problems with the district just a bit of a distance out. I personally would have preferred a bigger bed, its a double but I like at least a queen size. Key collection is a distance away and the information they give you could be much more detailed like tram details, stations to use etc.

Cozy apartment with Wonderful Sea View

Pros: Location and Service is the USP of this small cozy studio apartment unit with beautiful view of the sea from balcony and room and public transport within 150 meters. We extended our stay only because of this. I will highly recommend any property from the agency managing this apartment. They are highly professional and made our late night check-in very smooth and comfortable with clear set of instructions in a welcome note.

Cons: There was nothing that we didn't like but sharing some areas of improvement. It was a wonderful stay and we will definitely revisit again but missing parking facility in such a big apartment complex was little surprising. Balcony furniture needs replacement or repair. Not enough space to keep and open big luggage bags if the sofa is being used as bed.

Pros: Tres bon Emplacement. Magnifique vue panoramique sur la baie. Terrasse tres agreable.

Cons: Matelas pas top. Manque fauteuil de terrasse. Propreté terrasse insuffisante.

Alla fine molto piacevole e confortevole,ma anche grazie alla mia precedente esperienza di viaggi.

Cons: Assistenza amichevole dai gestpri per le piccole carenze del resto denunciate all'arrivo senza accompagnamento

MAGNIFIQUE SEJOUR !

Pros: La vue mer et la nuit la vue de la promenade des anglais sont magnifiques, l appartement est mignon juste ce qu il faut et la terrasse très grande, la salle de bain spacieuse, la machine à laver le linge pratique , immeuble propre est bien sécurisé

Cons: Le manque de place pour la voiture, le parking extérieur cher à la journée, également compliqué la récupération des clés de l appartement. Un peu déçue car au départ quelqu un était déjà posté devant ka porte pour nettoyer alors que nous nous apprettions à partir peu de temps après l heure donc 10h! J oubliais également le fait de devoir quitter le studio pour la journée ke lendemain de notre arrivée car il y avait une coupure d eau de 7h30 à 18h sans que l on soit prévenu. A part cela y revenir ce serait top.
