Rossini Centre Ville - Proche Tram

Pros: The apartment is at walking distance from the beach and the promenade. Residential neighbourhood, so quite calm and well served with a supermarket downstairs.

Cons: It would have been nicer to have some toiletries in the apartment, there was no body wash or shampoo. Also, the kitchen had plates and bowls but not any vessels to cook with.

Pros: Clean, convenient place in a quiet neighbourhood with a supermarket next door.

Cons: Not a big issue but would be great if soap / shower gel/ shampoo were provided. Also it was not clear upon booking that a cash deposit of EUR 300 was required.

Pros: The location was perfect!!! 10 mins walk to the beach and the main train station! The property was spacious and clean, with really good WiFi as well. Throughly enjoyed my stay in this apartment, made my trip to Nice even better! :)

Good place and fresh apartment

Pros: Location and big bathroom. Overall a clean apartment.

Cons: The kitchen is too small and lacking some necessary tools like cutting board or a normal sharp knife to cut bread or vegetables…The kettle was not clean enough so we were boiling water in a pot. Coffee capsules provided in the shelf didn’t fit the coffee machine. We were provided only one shower towel per person and no hand towels. However, for a short stay and being less picky for this trip was okey overall.

The property is ideal for staying in Nice with the family or a couple.

Pros: The location of the apartment is perfect -neither in the noisy centre,nor far from it.The apartment itself is clean,nice and comfortable and is situated in a charming old building.There was everything for comfortable living inside.The owner is contacted easily and very helpful.There is a good supermarket just around the corner,especially remembering that all the shops are closed very early.

Comfortable family stay with 2 years old

Pros: Proximity to train station. Air condition heating, warm running water. Fully functional kitchen. Quiet building. Pierre responded to any questions almost immediately.

Cons: The wc flush did not work as expected at times.

Pros: Good location with walking distance to evertything. Nice to have a balcony.

Schönes Apartment mit guter Anbindung zum Shuttle Bus zum Italien Parkplatz

Pros: Liebevoll eingerichtete Wohnung, die Lage ist sehr gut, man kommt mit dem Parkplatzshuttle Bus ganz in die Nähe der Unterkunft.

Cons: Das Appartment ist im letzten Stock, leider kein Lift.

Weekend divertente e location perfetta

Pros: Mi è piaciuto tutto: appartamento arredato con cura, pulito e confortevole a pochi passi dalla spiaggia e da Piazza Massena (10 minuti) Grazie Pierre per la disponibilità e la gentilezza
