Great location and apartment

Pros: Great location, very close to Vieux Nice. The apartment looks brand new so it is in great condition and the small balcony is also perfect.

Ne pas hésiter

Pros: La situation géographique proche du vieux Nice à 15 minutes à pied pour ceux qui aiment marcher. Le tramway est à 10 minutes à pied (arrêt Garibaldi, ligne rouge 1). L'appartement est très bien équipé, très lumineux, et nous avons beaucoup apprécié le petit balcon pour nos repas du midi. Nous recommandons vivement. L'accueil a été bien réalisé par l'intermédiaire d'une boîte à clés et d'indications par WhatsApp.

Un parfait pied à terre pour visiter nice et ses environs.

Pros: L'appartement est parfaitement placé à moins de 5minutes du port de nice et de son arrêt de tramway. Nadia est à la fois présente pour aider et discrète en vous laissant vivre votre séjour sereinement. Nous avons passé une semaine des plus agréables.

Cons: rien ne me vient à l'esprit en point négatif, le peu de choses que j'ai eu à dire à l'hôte ont été entendues. Vous pouvez y aller les yeux fermés !

Pros: Topissime ! Situation idéale entre Riquier et le port à deux pas de la place du pin, de la place Garibaldi et de la vieille ville. Très agréable cet appartement avec son petit balcon. Une literie au top. Immeuble très calme. Nous reviendrons.
