Good value apartment in a central location

Pros: Traditional fourth floor French apartment with nice views, suitable for anyone who can cope with stairs although there is a small lift. Air conditioning in bedrooms was appreciated.

Cons: Would have liked some mugs in the kitchen.

Pros: Розташування зручне, квартира простора, з 2-ма окремими повноцінними спальнями. Є маленький балкончик. Є ліфт, що іноді дуже доречно.

Cons: Ванна кімната не дуже зручна: тіснувато, старувата.

Disappointed but upgraded

Pros: The LUNG ARNO AP4300 is in a good quiet location only a few blocks from the beach. We had an air conditioner problem and the staff (mainly Lucienne) worked to fix the problem and eventually moved us to a better property at 1 Rue Alexandre Mari.

Cons: The air conditioning didn't work which was necessary since it is on the 4th floor. The pictures on the site are nice, but the place is actually run down and needs updates including, better fixtures, new mirrors, a luggage caddy or two and better lighting. Riviera Holiday Homes manages the place and we had to go to the office located in the 20 block of Av. Jean Médecin first to pickup the keys which is not too far but, added to our transit time.
