Overall, the impression of the apartment is good. In terms of value for money, it is quite an acceptable option.

Pros: Very convenient location. A direct tram route to the sea. Supermarkets are just 100 meters from the apartment. Downstairs there is a bakery with fresh croissants for your morning coffee. The apartment has everything necessary for a comfortable stay. The bedroom is located on the quiet side of the apartment. The living room with a balcony faces the street with the tram line, which should be taken into account by people with sensitive sleep. Pleasant and friendly welcome and communication.

Cons: The apartment needs more thorough cleaning.

Pros: Easy & safe car parking around the area. Kitchen very well equipped for families with children.

Cons: If you arrive after 20pm becase of traffic jamp, the owner asks extra fee (30€ 20pm to midnight, 50€ after midnight) in the apartment. That is not explicit in the site and took us by surprise.

Pros: Duże, przestronne mieszkanie z balkonem, do podróży z rodziną/znajomymi w sam raz

Cons: Drzwi do pokoi się nie zamykały. W łazience było okno na pokój sypialniany, więc było to mało komfortowe.

Sejour agreable

Pros: L'appartement est propre et super bien situé en plein centre ville , le tram est juste en bas pour se deplacer et il y a des petits commerces autour , nous avons passé un bon sejour a Nice. Le monsieur qui nous a accueilli a ete super gentil et tres accueillant . Je recommande .

Cons: Les chaises du salon pas tres solides , la chaleur dans l'appartement mais il y avait la clim et le ventilateur .

A budget-friendly base for exploring Nice and the surrounding cities

Pros: It is a budget-friendly option, and the location worked perfectly for us. There are supermarkets and a tram stop just a few seconds away, which made getting around super easy. If you're planning to explore not only the beach but also Nice's museums and nearby cities like Monaco, Antibes, or Eze, then being close to the beach isn't essential — and this place is a great base for that. The apartment had everything we needed for a comfortable stay.
