Nice apartment

Pros: Good location close to main tramway and supermarkets. Apartment was a good size for 2 people with a nice balcony.

Cons: Could do with a little touch up, but it was nothing major.

Great apartment with a fantastic balcony and view

Pros: This apartment is great. It’s about 20mins from Old Nice by tram but it’s so close to the tram stop and also to bakeries and supermarkets. It was clean and comfy with all the stuff you need to cook. The balcony is fantastic. Just keep in mind the bedroom isn’t really a room it’s separated by sliding doors. Black out blinds allow for a great sleep

Cons: These aren’t negatives as much but if you choose the “no linen” options you will need to bring hand towels, towels for the kitchen etc too. You’ll also need to buy your own toilet paper.

Pros: L'emplacement avec le tram à proximité est vraiment un plus. RAS, tout est toujours bien.

Pros: Dobrze wyposażony apartament. Lokalizacja blisko tramwaj, autobus, sklepy. Piękny taras i widok z niego. Śniadania i kawa koniecznie na tarasie. Winda, garaż. Kameralny apartamentowiec położony przy spokojnej i cichej ulicy. Polecam

Pros: Vi er et par som har boet i lejligheden i 14 dage , kan kun anbefale stedet 😉 super dejlig lejlighed med en stor lækker terrasse som vi har nydt meget 🙂🌞 . I kælderen er der garage til bilen ( et stort plus ) den var ikke så stor men bilen kunne lige være der . Området er stille og roligt og sporvognen køre forenden af gaden lige ind til byen og den gamle by.. ville bestemt komme der igen en anden gang .

Cons: Lejligheden , terrassen, garage i kælderen 😉

Pros: C'est un appartement bien situé et bien équipé. C'est toujours un plaisir d'y séjourner. P.S : c'est la deuxième fois qu'on vient pour quelques jours dans cet appartement.

Pros: Ogólnie apartament ładny, w miarę nowy, duża i nowa łazienka, fajna kuchnia, wyposażona z wszelkimi udogodnieniami. Super taras z widokiem na miasto. Bardzo blisko sklepy i przystanki tramwajowe, fajna baza wypadowa. Do promenady Anglików Ok 25 minut pieszo, ale fajny spacer. Mega plus to parking w garażu. Z parkowaniem w Nicei jest tragedia, bardzo ciężko znaleźć miejsce, więc to było udogodnienie.

Cons: Brak ręczników, za które należało dodatkowo zapłacić, papier toaletowy czy ręczniki papierowe we własnym zakresie. Wogole całą chemia łącznie z workami na śmieci we własnym zakresie. Był tylko mały pakiecik z tabletkami do zmywarki i miniaturka płynu do naczyń. Przy 3 osobowej rodzinie i zrobieniu kilku tylko posiłków to niewystarczającego. Zabrakło też chociaż 1 butelki wody. Nigdy się z tym wcześniej nie spotkałam, we wszystkich dotychczas miejscach noclegowych czekał jakiś pakiet powitalny, a wystarczyłaby butelka wody. Dla mnie minusem było też to że zarówno po odbiór jak i zwrot kluczy trzeba było pojechać do agencji. Nikt nie chciał przyjechać po klucze. To jest dodatkowe utrudnienie dla osób bez samochodu. Przy takiej cenie za apartament to wypadałoby zmienić.

Pros: Posizione e come strutturata internamente…molto ampia e con balcone

Cons: Gestione della pulizia, riconsegna delle chiavi in posto diverso, armadi disorganizzati e con polvere, letti non fatti

Hat uns sehr gut gefallen!

Pros: Super zentrale Lage. Einkaufen zu Fuß möglich. Straßenbahn in ca. 200 m erreichbar. Wohnung gut ausgestattet. Schlafmöglichkeit für 4 Personen kein Problem, aber beachten, dass diese sich alle in ein und demselben Raum befinden und nur durch eine dünne Schiebewand abgetrennt werden können, Waschmaschine, Geschirrspüler vorhanden +2 Balkone, man kann bequem draußen sitzen. Am besten nutzbar zu zweit. Sehr gern wieder.

Cons: Achtung: Parkplatz unten im Haus ist super, aber Einfahrt z. B. mit montierter Dachbox auf unserem Kombi war nicht möglich. Haben wir abmontieren müssen, mit Gepäck hat Auto dann trotzdem beim Einfahren leicht aufgesessen. Leer kein Problem, mit Bus oder höheren SUV ist Einfahrt zum Parkplatz nicht möglich, weil diese einfach zu niedrig ist. Draußen einen Parkplatz vorm Haus zu finden ist fast unmöglich.
