Pros: The apartment was easily accessible by trams and was maintained very nicely.. It includes a nice kitchen and a washing machine and is a very comfortable stay for up to 4 people. The host made sure everything was available for a comfortable stay. Definitely recommend this property if you're visiting Nice..

Pros: The flat's position is favorable, because it's only 2 minutes away from Tramway 1, with which you can access almost every sight easily. The flat is as it is on the pictures, clean, spacious and well equipped. The host is always just one text message away and is really kind and helpful.

Pros: We loved how it was just a few tram stops from the heart of Nice and it was super quiet when we were sleeping. Amazing bakery around the corner we went to every day for breakfast and a restaurant also a 3 minute walk away with a big terrace and delicious pizzas. Lovely apartment and friendly host!

I would definitely recommend this property and would stay again

Pros: The owner Franck was very obliging and let us book in earlier than expected. He also helped me with my luggage! The apartment is very nice and in a fantastic location.
