A good stay in nice apartment. Good location but a bit expensive and with a high deposit fee.

Pros: Really good location. The apartment itself has a really nice design, although small, the area is well used. The bed is very comfortable.

Cons: The apartment is smaller than it seems in the pictures online. I don’t recommend this room for tall people, since its tilted roof and the wooden beams may make it complicated for tall people to move around. The bathroom had a weird smell coming from the shower drain. Although advertised, the apartment has NO dishwasher. Furthermore, it is a bit tricky to find the apartment door for the first time. Be aware of the existence of the deposit. Although it is stated as a value of 150€ (in booking) we were forced to pay 300€ in order to complete the check in.

Perfekt bis auf einige kleine Details!

Pros: Die Einrichtung! War zwar klein aber es war alles da was man braucht! Vielleicht könnte die Matratze etwas härter sein. Personal und Unterstützung ganz toll!

Cons: Sehr abgelegen unter dem Dach! Schlecht bei Behinderung! Bei der Beschreibung wie die Türe zum Apartment zu öffnen und zu schließen ist sollte man den Türknauf am Bild durch ein Foto mit der Klinke ersetzen, ansonsten führt das zu Verwirrung!

Neue Dachbodenwohnung an toller Lage

Pros: Die Unterkunft ist sehr gut gelegen, um Nizza zu Fuss zu erkunden. In nächster Nähe befinden sich viele Restaurants, Bars, Geschäfte und der Strand. Auch die Altstadt ist in wenigen Gehminuten erreichbar. Es handelt sich um eine neue Dachbodenwohnung, die sehr gut und modern eingerichtet ist. Die Ansprechpersonen sind immer erreichbar und äusserst hilfsbereit.

Cons: Die Wohnung ist nur für kleine (nicht über 1.60), schmale und bewegliche Menschen gemacht. Man kann praktisch nirgends gerade stehen oder gehen, da es eine krasse Dachschräge gibt und man sich den Kopf überall an Balken oder der Decke stossen könnte.
