Perfect location, comfort, and hospitality in the heart of Nice

Pros: We had a wonderful stay at Studio Palais de la Méditerranée and would gladly recommend it to anyone visiting Nice. The location is excellent — right in the heart of the city and within easy walking distance of the Promenade des Anglais, the Old Town, restaurants, shops, and public transport. It made exploring Nice incredibly convenient. The studio was very clean, comfortable, and well maintained. We especially appreciated the very fast and reliable internet, which is not always easy to find when traveling. Communication with the host was friendly, smooth, and very helpful throughout our stay. A special thank you to the host for allowing us a late checkout at 12:00 instead of 10:00, which made our departure much more relaxed. Overall, a great experience and a place we would definitely choose again when visiting Nice. 🌞

Great location, recommend.

Pros: It was very clean, bed was comfortable. Good to be able to wash clothes. Lovely bakers on the corner. Very near the beach. There were a lot of restaurants near by.,

Cons: There were no English speaking channels on the tv, would have loved Netflix or something similar.

Pros: Location is perfect. Clean. Huge terrace. Perfect for a couple. Parking right bellow the building at ~30-35€/day:))

Pros: L'emplacement parfait ! Près de la Prom, de la vieille ville, du bus direct aéroport. L'appartement est parfait pour 2 personnes. Linge de lit, linge de toilette, liquide vaisselle, papier toilette , tout était à disposition

Cons: Peut-être le matelas... De bonne largeur mais vraiment défoncé.

Pros: The apartment is very clean and well equipped with everything you might need, the bed is very comfortable. Amazing location, close to everything but still quiet to have a nice rest. The contactless check in and check out is super easy.

Pros: Emplacement idéal pour visiter Nice en amoureux : mer à 50 m et à toute proximité la grande Place Massena', la vieille ville et les restaurants. Lit très confortable.

Cons: Pas de rideau à la fenêtre

Pros: Location is amazing! Дуже близько до набережної та моря. Сподобався під’їзд та ліфт. У кімнаті багато дзеркал, що збільшує простір. Плита супер швидко нагріває. Дуже зручно сушилка у ванній для речей, якщо плавати. Багато вішалок та місця для зберігання. Сподобався балкон, хоч ми ним майже і не користувалися, однак там була попільничка для тих, хто курить. Загальне враження приємне. Світло, просторно та локація перекриває будь-які нюанси. Зручним було також те, що контактуєш лише по переписці, а заселення та виселення самостійно відбувається по інструкціям (де забрати ключ та як вийти). Ми залишилися задоволеними. Власні за перебування. Дуже приємне спілкування. Дякуємо!

Cons: Чогось прям значного не виявили. Взагальному задоволені перебуванням.

A studio nagyszerű helyen van, közel a tengerparthoz. Tiszta és csendes.

Pros: A tenger közelsége, a jó közösségi közlekedés, a studio lakás erkélye, csendessége és tisztasága.

Cons: Nincs ilyen.

Pros: Muy buena ubicación y limpio . La entrada súper fácil
