Pros: Fantastic apartment Spotless clean modern large attention to detail in every room outstanding Lovely outside decking with absolutely brilliant sea view. The apartment was a relaxing haven We had a last minute flight cancellation I told host Immediately they made arrangements with the help of their family to get another apartment in the same building ready for us to stay in until our flight several days later the other apartment is just as beautiful sea views clean everything brand new we watched them open boxes and build beds etc . Location ideal for local restaurant shops and the beach. Also the tram system is very easy from the airport and into old nice. . Would highly recommend to stay in this property.

Pros: The apartment is modern and spacious with lots of daylight. I would like to highlight the large, beautiful balcony with a view of the sea. I recommend it to everyone.

Pros: L accueil tres agréable et disponible. Bien insonorisé

Cons: Le matelas de la chambre et les oreillers ne sont pas tres confortables mais ok pour 2 nuits. Manque torchons cuisine , et impossible de mettre les assiettes au lave vaisselle. A part celles à dessert mais ce n est pas un problème qui compromet notre note générale.

Pros: L'agencement et le style du logement(mobiliers, linges de lits et decoration), la vue sur la mer et la montagne en terrasse. L'accueil et la disponibilité des hôtes! Proximité aeroport, Gare, centre ville ...

Cons: Quantities plus grande de vaisselles.

Pros: Чудові апартаменти. Господарі завжди були на зв`язку. 30 хвилин пішки від аеропорту або доїхати трамваєм. Особлива вдячність за подарунок на День народження.

Pros: Das Appartement war für uns sehr angenehm und wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt. Öffentliche Verkehrsmittel waren schnell zu Fuss erreichbar und war eine angenehme Umgebung. Die Gastgeberin war sehr freundlich und gut erreichbar. Wer mit Auto unterwegs ist, unbedingt mit dem Gastgeber Voraus planen. Parkplatz (Garage) kostenpflichtig verfügbar.

Pros: Locatie cu vedere excelenta, curatenie, iar apartamentul este superb. Modern si curat

Pros: Beautiful apartment with all needed amenities. AC was great to have. Only a 10 min walk to the tram that takes you to downtown Nice in 30 mins. The place was very clean and the host was super helpful and friendly.

Cons: Free parking in the surrounding area was a little hard to find. The elevator was very small and old. There were pots for cooking but no pans in the kitchen.
