A great apartment.

Pros: Clean and great air conditioning. So close to railway station

Cons: All was good

Pros: I stayed at the apartment for a week and had a great experience. It was spacious, very clean, and fully equipped with everything you might need. The kitchen was especially well-stocked, which made it easy for me to cook my own breakfast sometimes.. The host was wonderful—friendly and thoughtful—and even left coffee, treats for us. Public transport (tram) is within 5 minute walk. Across the apartment, there’s a small courtyard and some neighbors nearby, but there’s nothing to worry about—it’s a quiet and comfortable place overall.

We liked it

Pros: İt was very clean and I liked that, the utilities were enough, they even put shaver and tootbrush whixh was wery nice and thoughtful, everything was working, no disturbing neighbours. The only thing I can say just outside the building, the street was a little bit scary and silent, the men around construction area did not give me secure feelings.

Pros: Very nice equipped and clean apartment, absolutely everything you need! Size competition fine for a city trip. Treats provided by host, very kind. Very close to train station.

Cons: Not ideally connected to the city, it takes a bit of time to the old town as well as to the city centre.

Pros: Its near the tram and train station, the apartment has everything we needed. They even provided free toothbrush and toothpaste along with the toiletries. The house is clean

Cons: There was no wine opener for the free wine but managed to open it. Not really complaining about it☺️

Pros: Lovely apartment a short walk from the centre of nice or the seafront, and host left us a bottle of wine and some snacks for when we got in. The apartment is cosy and well equiped, we very much enjoyed our stay here.

Acogedor y sin problemas

Pros: Las instalaciones una vez dentro, aire acondicionado y todo muy útil y ordenado

Cons: La calle donde está situado, antes de entrar en la vivienda.

Pros: Très propre bien équipé Kit d’accueil offert … et on ne voit pas ça partout

Agréable

Pros: J’ai apprécié la propreté et la qualité de l’endroit, son emplacement ainsi que ses installations.

Magnifique

Pros: La proprete etait impeccable. Panier de bienvenue. Des instructions claires comment recuperer les cles.

Cons: Rien a signaler. J`ai passe une nuit tranquillement.
