Modern & Cosy 3 Bedrooms train tramway

Pros: The owners are quick to respond and the apartment itself is good overall.

Cons: The owner is very nervous about the guests. Makes you take photos of the rooms before and after and sends instructions to not do obviously stupid and wrong things. The toilet is too small. Some of us could not fit into it. The extractor in the kitchen works non stop, and it is not possible to switch it off, and it is loud and makes it difficult to have dinner or enioy the living room (as it is the same area) One of the heaters in the bedroom didn't work and the owners didn't react to it.

Pros: Ideally located as a base for exploring Nice and the Riviera - two minutes' walk from the tram stops, three from the bus station and railway station. The apartment had everything we needed, including two showers - a must when travelling with teenagers! The host was excellent, replying patiently to my questions.

A very good option to stay in Nice if you are travelling with family

Pros: A very good option if you are traveling with a small child. Spacious apartments with everything you need. I especially appreciated that there was both a washing machine and a dryer. The beds were comfortable. There was also a crib for the baby. The apartment is close to the airport, tram stops and train station.

Cons: 1)The radiator in one of the bedrooms was not working. 2)The air ventilation in the kitchen area was working strongly and could not be turned off. Had to cover it by putting a piece of cardboard and to use the warm mode of the air conditioner in parallel to ensure a comfortable room temperature for the baby. 3)The dishwasher needs to be checked; it did not stay stable inside the cabinet and the doors of the dishwasher suddenly opened before the end of the washing mode. This can be a safety hazard if small children are staying in the flat. 4)Minor problems with the lock. I had to use force to open/close the front door of the apartment. Information about these minor improvements has been passed on to the owner of the apartment. If these things are fixed, this will be a 10 out of 10 booking option for staying in Nice.

Great place. Close to tram stop / airport.

Pros: Great place. Very well presented. Aircon in lounge and fans in all the bedrooms. Excellent location. We easily got the tram two stops from the airport then it’s a short walk to the place (taxi tried to charge us 40 euros for the same short journey!) We just had one night as a stopover from the airport and it was perfectly located for that and much better value than any of the airport hotels! Easy self check in with clear instructions. Good communication throughout. Thank you

For this price everything was great

Pros: Nice, large, well-equipped apartment, close to many tram stops, close to Nice Saint-Augustin station and airport. Great contact with the owner. There was no problem with leaving the luggage earlier. We had a problem with the toilet but it was quickly solved by the owner. WiFi worked without any problems.

Cons: The windows and mirrors were dirty, but it did not affect the comfort of the stay, air conditioning is only in the living room.

Pros: L'appartement est charmant, spacieux, et bien équipé.

Cons: L’hôte, en septembre, dans la présentation du logement, indiquait qu’un stationnement de véhicule pouvait avoir lieu occasionnellement dans le parking privé de la résidence. Atout non négligeable surtout à Nice. Nous avons appris à nos dépens, avec nos deux voitures, que ce n’ait qu’un ARGUMENT commerciale pour faciliter la location. Créant par là même l’obligation de parcourir 100 mètre à pieds avec ou sans charges. De plus, avec une seule clé, l’obligation d’effectuer des allées retours pour permettre aux 6 occupants d’entrer ou sortir séparément.

Pros: It was a lovely flat, a bit difficult for us to figure out where the key box was and no parking so my Brother kept getting up early in the morning to move the car. However. We loved Nice and the dog was happy with all the walks she had to take.

Cons: Parking and view.

Pros: Apartamentul este foarte frumos, are masina de spalat si uscator, a fost curat, bucataria complet utilata, este aproape de statia de tramvai si de gara pentru a lua trenul spre diferitele orase de pe Coasta: Monaco, Cannes, Antibes, Menton. Am fost un grup de 6 persoane, fiecare cuplu cu dormitorul lui. Excelent.

Cons: Singurul lucru pentru care am dat nota 9 a fost faptul ca in apartament sunt 2 bai cu dus si chiuveta, insa este o singura toaleta, fiind un grup de 6 persoane a fost mai dificil.
