Villa de charme 6 Pièces avec Vue Mer sur les Hauteurs de Nice

Very nice place to stay

Pros: I liked the rooms, the amenities and appliances and also the view from the villa. There is also a Spar supermarket a 2 min drive or 10 min walk away. There is also a bakery just at the top of the road too,

Cons: It can be a pain to get to as it is up some very windy, hilly roads. There is a bus stop nearby but a hire car is recommended. A car garage is also included in the villa with an automatic gate.

A perfect place to stay in the hills above Nice

Pros: The house was at the top of a hill with a superb view of Nice and the Mediterranean. The host met us in-person, gave us the keys and showed us round the house. There is a separate covered garage. The house is clean, well equipped for cooking, has comfortable beds and air conditioning. There is a bakery 5 mins walk away and a Spar 10 mins walk away.

Cons: Nothing.

Pros: Nous avons aimé la taille de la maison, le nombre de couchages, les salles de bain, la vue sur la mer au loin La terrasse doit être très agréable l'été

Cons: Comme la maison est sur les hauteurs de Nice, il faut y monter avec quelques virages dignes de montagne, environ 20-25 min du centre/ de la mer.

Maison accogliete e comodissima per la famiglia

Pros: La casa era molto accogliente e con tutti i servizi, aria condizionata e acqua calda sanitaria in abbondanza, la cucina era super attrezzata e completa di tutti gli utensili, lo spazio esterno comodo e soprattutto fresco vista la posizione collinare, nei pressi supermercato e panetteria raggiungibili anche a piedi. Le spiagge distano dai 20 minuti ai 40 minuti. A disposizione nello spazio esterno attrezzato di tavolo abbiamo avuto a disposizione un barbecue che abbiamo utilizzato volentieri. Insomma tutto perfetto

Pros: Spacieux, agréable, bien équipé, chaleureux, belle deco, bon accueil.

Cons: Quelques détails La grille du barbecue éventuellement a remplacer. Prévoir pour 6 au niveau du salon de jardin 2 fauteuils de plus.

Heerlijk verblijf, wel rekening houden dat het op een berg ligt. Fijn rustig, wel wat meer reistijd. Er rijdt een bus.

Pros: De inrichting, en het uitzicht (terras) over de zee in de verte. De eigenaar was uiterst vriendelijk en flexibel, toen we door files laat arriveerden.

Cons: De koffiepads voor de aanwezige machine waren moeilijk te krijgen (niet een courant merk)

Nous avons passé un bon séjour.

Pros: Bien accueillis, nous nous sommes sentis « chez nous »?

Cons: Sa situation géographique pour aller et venir en dehors du Grand Nice.

Heel schoon en netjes overall airco beste verblijf. Alle kamers zijn schoon en ruim.
