Excellen property while 2 couples visiting Nice

Pros: Great location near seaside, restaurants and local markets. Excellent for 2 couples visiting Nice. We also had a problem with a neighbour and garage. The host helped us immediately to solve it. Event the initial mistake was ours. Thank you so much for understanding!

Cons: Nothing to dislike :/ Maybe the bads was not the most comfortable we ever slept on, but fair enough.

Comfortable and well equipped apartment

Pros: Comfortable and very well equipped apartment, with washing machine, coffee maker, kitchen utensils, heaters and air conditioning. It met my expectations. The host communicated the instructions for entering the apartment well. The only negative point was the parking lot which is outside the building, about a 5-minute walk from the apartment.

Pros: The location was amazing. We loved that it was walking distance to everything. The apartment is spacious with all amenities we needed. The host is really nice and accommodating. We will definitely stay here again.

Pros: The apartment is very comfortable. Location it very convenient. Dedicated parking short walking distance is absolutely great advantage for those that come by car to Nice. We 💕 the place and Nice a lot.

Group of 3, booked apartment for 1 night. Few minutes walk to Port as well as metro stations.

Pros: Good communication with the property (host). Able to drop bags earlier than check in time. Quiet apartment and easily accessible on 1st floor of building with access instructions messaged on day of arrival. Comfortable beds.

Cons: Apartment is quite small but sufficient space for 2. Bedroom walls thin so privacy could be an issue for some.
