Beautiful apartment with garden and parking - conveniently located and good value

Pros: A beautiful apartment with a lovely garden located in a pleasant suburb of Nice, with nearby shops and close to tourist attractions such as the Matisse Museum and Archaeological museum. Having a parking space was very handy. It is an easy drive from the apartment to visit neighbouring towns with Cannes, Monaco, Menton and others just a short distance (30mins to 1hr). The apartment has everything you need for a great stay and our host was very helpful and responsive. I highly recommend this apartment as a perfect place to stay in Nice.

A jewel of Nice

Pros: Absolutely wonderful apartment with heart and soul. There is everything you need: two rooms, fully equipped kitchen and a nice big garden.

Cons: Just a tip for other tourists: - it's quite far from the beach- 30 min. from door to the next beach; - there's a caution for the appartement but it's worth it.

Pros: Very nice flat with big garden. Appartment equiped with all necessarry tools. Most of the day hidden from direct sun so very comfortable temperature during the whole day

Pros: Cosy apartment with everything needed. Very helpful owner Monique and lady looking after the property Patricia. She was able to help with parking the bike in a safe place. Very nice garden, quiet location, good supermarkets near by and tram is about 10min walk. We were greeted with a welcome card and bottle of wine which was very nice touch from the owner. Enjoyed our time here. Thank you.

Pros: The location is excellent, in the periphery of the town ctr, close to shops and restaurants, with perfect connection to public transport. Its near Parc Valrose, where the university is located. Its a 20 min walk to la promenade des Anglais. The garden is wonderful and quiet.

Pros: A soli 15 minuti a piedi dalla fermata del tram che portava direttamente in centro, pulito, fornito di tutto, oltre ad avere un bellissimo giardino!! Proprietaria top!!

Cons: Il divano del salotto un po’ scomodo, ma accettabile nel complesso

Trzeba będzie tu wkrótce wrócić, albowiem zostało jeszcze dużo do zobaczenia.

Pros: Lokalizacja, tak jak było opisane w ofercie, w cichej spokojnej dzielnicy ok. pół godziny spaceru do Promenady Anglików. Samo miasto piękne, idealne na urlop i wypady na całe Lazurowe Wybrzeże. Polecam.

Cons: Nie mam uwag.

Sehr zu empfehlen

Pros: Die Wohnung liegt im Norden von Nizza, ca 2,8km zur Autobahn. Den Haustürschlüssel bekommt man von einer netten Dame, die einen auch kurz durch die Wohnung führt und alles erklärt. Das Haus ist sehr gepflegt und hat sehr nette Mitbewohner. Man hat auch guten Kontakt zur Wohnungsbesitzerin, die sich gut kümmert.
