Cozy apartement near the beach with with Aircon

The stay was excellent.

Pros: The apartment has everything needed for a holiday. As we were traveling with a child, a well-equipped kitchen was important to us, and we found everything we needed there. We were very pleasantly surprised to find staples like coffee, tea, oil, sugar, salt, and spices, so we didn't have to buy them – it's thoughtful that the hosts consider such details. The apartment is cozy and has everything you need: an iron, a hairdryer, and a washing machine. It's close to the beach, a shop, and Nice city center. The host was very helpful and assisted us greatly during our stay.

Pros: ЦЕНТР, ПЛЯЖІ, Чисто , свіжий ремонт, диван та ліжко великі та зручні, але вони в одній кімнаті, окремої спальні немає як заявлено в описі

Cons: Трохи заховано в провулку

Pros: Abbiamo ricevuto fin da subito una grande accoglienza e disponibilità da parte dell’host, che ci ha anche consigliato ristoranti per ogni tipo di esigenza. La cucina era fornita di tutto il necessario, e il salotto dove all’interno era presente anche il letto era molto spazioso. La posizione ottima nel quartiere Gambetta, a 5/8 minuti dalla Promenade e con boulangerie e ristoranti a pochissimi passi. In max 20 minuti di camminata si raggiungono le strade del centro e la stazione. Consigliatissimo!

C’était un plaisir de passé un moment dans cet établissement

Pros: Établissement propre tres cozy, par rapport a l’emplacement (un peu caché dans un passage) j’ai été agréablement surprise de la propreté du logement. Les hôtes sont très gentils vraiment je recommande !

Pros: Très bien situé, bon rapport qualité-prix. Près de toutes les attractions, propre et sécuritaire. Bien outillé, air conditionné et internet fonctionnels. Personnel très gentil, merci de nous avoir accommodés pour l'arrivée, c'était très apprécié.
