Nice Studio Old Town Sea Side

Pros: It's an amazing location, situated in the old town, near some lovely restaurants. Also, it's a great location for the beach. And very easy to get to from Nice airport.. Great facilities, really friendly hosts.

Cons: It was a little noisy at night in the street, but to be expected in the location.

Perfect location and lovely accommodation

Pros: The hosts were so welcoming and made sure we had everything we needed all throughout our time in Nice. We were very well looked after and we will definitely be coming back!

Perfect hosts

Pros: Fantastic location right in the old town behind the food markets this gorgeous apartment had everything we needed. It's located up three easy flights of steps in a secure block beside a gelato bar.Very convenient for beach and restaurants. So clean and modern with washing machine , full size fridge, oven, DVD , aircon , fan and comfy bed. We came for the Ironman and the location was perfect. Owners are delightful and very trustworthy and honest. We didn't mind paying a deposit and actually paid in full by Wise transfer before arrival which was smooth. David met us on checkout and gave us the bond back in cash which was really handy for us. Yes it can be noisy at early hours but the location more than makes up for it! It's an 11 out of 10 for us. Thankyou for the wine and Prosecco gift ! David and Emma are great communicators

Enjoyed our stay in Nice.

Pros: Great location in the Old Town close to many Restaurants, Cafes & Icecream shops. Beach nearby. Easy walk along the Esplanade & around to the Port.

Excelent communication and location

Pros: I really liked the communication through booking and meeting in person. The warm welcome showed the apartments in detail, it was nice. The apartments are neat and clean. There is A/C, a WIFI, a washing machine, a coffee machine, a kettle, a coffee maker, a toaster, a washing machine, an iron, a hairdryer. As soon as you leave the staircase, there is an ice cream parlor, a shop and a bakery, and around the corner are the main restaurants. I recommend booking here.

Cons: There is a busy side street right outside the window, so if you are a sensitive sleeper you won't be able to open the window because of the noise. But living in the center, this is not a problem.

Pros: The perfect location so close to the beach, and David and Emma were very kind and helpful hosts

Wonderful stay

Pros: Wonderful stay! The hosts were very friendly and communication was super easy. The apartment was spotlessly clean, with great facilities, and in an excellent location, close to everything. Highly recommend!

Perfect stay in Nice old town

Pros: Perfect location in the Nice old city - close to everything: tourist attractions, markets and food shops, wine shops, etc.. The accommodation has everything you need for a pleasant stay: fridge, stove & oven, microwave, dishes and cutlery, TV & internet, flatiron & ironing board, washing machine . David & Emma are quite nice people and the communication went very smooth. David will give you useful hints about all you need to know - including recommendations for good restaurants in the nearby.

Cons: Not a real complaint - as an improvement I would suggest to invest , in time , in a new washing machine - replacing the current one that is a bit old and cranky
