Everything was great!

Pros: Great location, the tram stop is just a few meters away, making it easy to get anywhere. The apartment is well equipped, and we had everything we needed during our stay.

Pros: The apartment, ideally located near the sea, looks even better than in the photos. Spacious for a studio, it is fully equipped with all necessary appliances. Despite my late arrival, the owners provided cleaning supplies which was a pleasant surprise. Extra pods of coffe were waiting in the cabinet - perfectly for the stay. Immaculately clean and spacious interior, situated in a quiet and peaceful area, within walking distance to the city center. The large, comfortable bed ensures a restful sleep. The elevator, spacious by French standards, and the absence of noise ensure a comfortable stay. Highly recommended!

Great short break in good location with a fantastic see view

Pros: The apartment is located on the 5th floor in a nice building with a secured access. It is very clean and very well equipped . Warm towel rail , washing machine, coffee machine , electric kettle , microwave . iron and ironing board, air condition (cool and heat), vacuum cleaner - The host welcomed us on arrival and explained everything As a bonus - he spoke POLISH!

Lovely little stay in Nice, with all the facilities you need for a long weekend.

Pros: lovely little apartment - great size for 2 people, close to the beach and short stroll from supermarkets and restaurants. Lovely host who showed us the area, even though we got there late. Very clean, very welcoming - Great stay to explore Nice.

Great apartment

Pros: Excellent and modern apartment. Kitchen, bathroom and everything was very clean. Well eqipped. Bed was very comfortable. Smart TV and WiFi works great. Very close to Promenade, transport and all the markets and the restaurants that you need. Terrace view is perfect! The boss is the best, cause I had a late flight and he allowed me to check out a little bit later.

Cons: There's nothing I didn't like.
