I would book this property again when i mean to spend a holiday in the region.

Pros: The Appartement was clean, we had everything we needed, the air-conditioning functioned without problem the whole time so that we had a pleasant temperature back from a warm day on the beach, there’s a supermarket just 4 min on foot, and the view was wonderful, you can see the whole Promenade from 4th floor where we were. A public beach just on the opposite side to see from window and very easy.

Cons: There was no parking and you are most of the time not lucky enough to find a vacant parking spot in the neighborhood. But we had booked a place in the Parking Garage of Hotel Radisson Blue just next to the apartment through the app OnePark. It’s only important to book long enough in advance because we didn’t have a chance for the first two days and only afterwards.

Clean and well presented apartment which was family-friendly

Pros: Very handy location near to Fabron tram stop and stunning ocean views!

Cons: The apartment on the floor above was very noisy - mostly during the night time hours. The noise of a loud TV, stamping on the floor and banging from above disrupted our sleep on quite a few of the nights. The noise always seemed to be loudest above the bedrooms compared to our in the kitchen/living area so this was annoying. Otherwise we really enjoyed our stay.

Nice apartment near the beach with an amazing sea view. Some details could be fixed.

Pros: Сalm and safe location, you can get to the city center by tram in 15 minutes. If you wanna live near the beach it's a perfect location without crowds. Amazing sea view! Spacious, modern, light apartment with dishwasher, AC, iron, and well-equipped kitchen. The manager who did a check-in was nice in person.

Cons: Despite payment for an apartment you need to give them a 700-900 euro deposit (they return it back if you didn't damage the apartment in a few days after check out). Also, the check-in process is complicated, because you need to fill out some form on their website to get a key. I couldn't do it so I needed to write them on WhatsApp to arrange a meeting. They replay slowly and not to all messages. Also, they ask you to take out the trash every day but give you only two trash bags (doesn't matter how long your stay is). The bed and pillow weren't comfortable for me but they were not the worst so if you don't have any problems with your back or neck and aren't very picky it will be ok.

Pros: Nous avons passé de merveilleuses vacances. L'appartement était impeccable (équipements, linge de maison, serviettes). Tout était parfait : l'emplacement, les commerces à proximité, une belle plage peu fréquentée, deux terrasses sur la plage à 1 minute à pied, l'immeuble est propre et très calme ! SUPERBE !!! LA VUE… UN RÊVE ! Nous reviendrons sans hésiter !

Pros: I like that the property was very close to everything.

Cons: I really don’t have any dislikes about the property it was very nice -easy to get in and out without any problems.
