Fabron Studio - Nice

Pros: Friendly man to collect key and show around the studio. Small comfortable studio with a pull out sofa couple bed, kitchen facilities, shower area, washing machine, cupboards, smart tv. 3rd floor but had a good elevator Very good value for money Very quiet, the area felt safe. Great Air conditioning unit Near trams, buses into town Main train stations x 2 Airport 30 minutes walk City centre 40 minutes walk Local shops, cafes, and small supermarkets Sea and beach 5 minutes walk I would stay here again it is fine for 1 or 2 people, not for a family.

Cons: Very small balcony viewed out onto a busy fast road with traffic. The kitchen could do with a tin opener, a couple of ceramic food bowls for cereal, pasta, and a tea towel to dry up.

Pros: We recommend this apartment, everything was good and the host was kind and flexible. The apartment is well equipped and it is near to the city centre and coast side. Excellent choice for this price.

Pros: Отличное место, рядом пляж , магазины, остановка трамвая и все в пешей доступности. Все пишут шум и т.д Не знаю , я спала с открытым окнами до утра, потом закрывала и включала кондиционер. WiFi отличный. Маленькая и уютная студия. Единственный минус, очень мало места в душе.

Pros: Tökéletes elhelyezkedése volt a szállásnak, 1-2 perc sétára volt a tengerpart és a villamosmegálló is, ami közvetlen járat a repülőtérre. A szállásadóval nagyon könnyű volt kommunikálni írásban és nagyon segítőkész volt. A szállás 2 fő számára nagyon kényelmes, teljesen felszerelt és tiszta volt. A klíma remekül működött, de alapvetően sem melegedett fel nagyon a lakás.

Cons: Egy új ruha szárító jól jönne, mert a régi már rozsdásodik így kevés hely volt a vizes ruhának, de ez áthidalható probléma volt.
