Pros: Breathtaking view on the sea Comfortable wide swimming pool, fading into the sea Comfortable parking spot Very fair host, handing back deposit only 1 day after the end of the booking

Cons: A bit small for 4 people family including 2 big boys, but still very good value for money Only one set of key/badges, manageable for a family but with special care Some additional maintenance inside the apartment and in the common areas would make the experience even better; it looks like not all guests took care of the property as they should have done to help preservation

Pros: The apartment was small, cosy and the walk to Monaco from where we were staying was pleasant. Cap d'Ail Station was very close and there was also a bus route near the accommodation so it was easy to get around. Infinity pool was superb but it was raining unfortunately during our stay so we only got to use it once.

Pros: View, infinity pool, very friendly host, big balcony, fully equipped kitchen (incl. dishwasher), possibility to bring dog

Cons: Appartment a little old (e.g. sliding glass door to balcony needs repair). Bed situation not ideal (at least for couples). No air con - not a big problem for us mid of June, but if it would have been hotter outside we would have really missed it.

Beau point de chute pres de Monaco.

Pros: La piscine, la belle vue sur la mer, la proximité avec Monaco Nice Cannes et les plages. Cdt

Cons: L’absence de la propriétaire en cas d’urgence, la vétusté des équipements (TV, lave linge, lave vaisselle).

Pros: La vue sur mer. La grande terrasse, la grande piscine, indispensable pour les enfants ! La proximité avec Monaco et d'autres beaux sites comme Villefranche-sur-Mer, Beaulieu-sur-Mer, Roquebrune-Cap-Martin, Saint-Jean-Cap-Ferrat.

Pros: Місто Кап-Д'Ай розташовано між Ніццою і Монако, що робить його ідеальним для подорожей по всьому Лазурному узбережжю Франції. Апартаменти, які ми орендували на 10 днів нашої відпуски, теж виявились чудовим вибором. Зручне розташування, чудовий краєвид з тераси на місто, море і гори. Приміщення не дуже велике, але затишне і обладнане практично всім необхідним для нормального відпочинку. Для нас двоїх було супер. Дуже сподобався великий пейзажний басейн загального користування для мешканців резиденціїї Costa Plana,, обладнаний топчанами і парасольками від сонця. Зручний приватний паркин, на який можна спуститись як пішки, так і на ліфті з будь-якого поверху. Також хочу відмітити найближчий до нашого прмешкання пляж Мала, який на нашу думку є одним з накрасивіших та затишніших пляжів в цьому регіоні. Спілкування з хозяйкою помешкання було конструктивним і всі питання вирішувались позитивно. Однозначно хочеться повернутися в це місце знову.

Pros: Die Lage ist sensationall, mit einem tollen Blick über das Meer und die Küste. Die Anlage hat ein sehr schönes Infinity-Pool. In der Nähe findet nan alles, was man zum täglichen Leben braucht
