Sunny Home Costa Plana-Monaco -Cap D'Ail

Pros: Karina was an exceptional host. Always available, very friendly and responsive. This place is all about the view!! The covered, private parking is a big bonus. And being pet friendly is always a priority for us, as our doggy is part of the family. Strategically located to explore the Cote d'azur.

Cons: It could have been a bit cleaner. We found dust bunnies in the corners and I had to use a lint roller to get dog hair off the outdoor cushions. Weeds had started to pop up on the terrace. Cleaning supplies and toilet paper were very minimal. Just small things... but these things do matter.

Beautiful apartment

Pros: Our stay was perfect. Beautiful sea view from the balcony. Clean, comfortable room with good facilities. Friendly and helpful staff. All instructions and rules were explained perfectly. The hotel is located close to Eze Village and Monaco. Free and gated parking. We will definitely choose to stay here in the future.

Cons: Nothing.

Pros: It's way better than the pictures, Host is very sincere, caring and extremely positive person. Very helpful and generous.

Cons: I liked everything, There are some stairs if you are walking from main road))

Pros: Beautiful location and view. Shared infinity pool was nice.

Comfortable stay

Pros: The property locates close to the main attractions nearby. View from the balcony is stunning

Cons: Response from the host on the day of arrival is kind of slow.

Pros: Great communication from property owner, secured Electric gate car park also shaded so car isn’t roasting when left. Property is only 5-10min drive into Monaco and the views from the property are beautiful pictures don’t do it justice would highly recommend this property and would stay here again.

Pleasant experience with great host

Pros: Ww were a family of three two adult and a kid (7 y/o), booked the property for a night (I know it was very short. Location was great however the walking to shops was not easy as it was in slopped road (most of properties has the same situation in this area). Pool was the best and the view of the pool was infinite and awesome. Our host was very friendly and kind. Kitchen has all require stuff.

Cons: All was good but may require improvement on certain things, such air-conditioning seems set to certain temperature which you couldn't go lower than that, you could command to lower temp but in reality, shows that but compressor didn't work to get to that point. The pillows for coach beds were smell of previous tenant perfume. apartment (Sunny Home) does not have that scenic view that other unit have in this complex as it was back side, however you could get out a in balcony and enjoy the view.

Pros: A wonderful view and a very beautiful swimming pool. The apartment is a bit small, but almost all needs have been considered. The host is very helpful. If I come to this area again, this will be my accommodation of choice.

Cons: A more informative message from the host before check-in would have been helpful, especially regarding the location of the apartment and the parking area.

Cons: Nothing specific for the property, more for the city itself. Lack of green areas.
