Pros: The apartment was very well kept. Perfect location for us. Definitely wish to revisit.

Great place to have as a hub to visit the area

Pros: The place is well priced for the region. The kitchen is quite good, and the hosts are very friendly and ready to reply at whatsapp. Moreover, their instruction manual is very clear and you can do all the checkin and check out without them.

Cons: Two things: 1. The apartment is old and is a first floor. If you just wanted to sleep and then travel during the day is fine, but if you want to stay there... not so much. Also when we arrived it smell a lot to dust, so we had to leave windows open for a while. 2. There are two locks, and to access the apartment for the first time (later you get a key) you need to call a number and then the door will open. The problem is when we are tourist without roaming. For example in my case I have an eSim which I can use for internet, and whatsapp calls but I cant use it to call the number that opens the door. So that created some inconveniences. While I appreciate a lot that all is high tech to facilitate the check in, this issue of the call goes agains non-European tourists that (as in my case) might not have an available phone number.

Consigliatissimo

Pros: L'appartamento è comodo, pulito, accogliente e fornito di tutto, persino le cialde per il caffè, lo zucchero e condimenti per prepararsi piatti salati. C'è il posto auto nel cortile interno e il mare è veramente a pochi metri.

Cons: Niente

Rilassante.

Pros: Appartamento comodo, dotato di posto auto, ubicazione centrale

Cons: Con un terrazzo sarebbe stata perfetta, soprattutto d’estate. Andrebbe maggiormente attrezzato il bagno con qualche mensola, soprattutto il box doccia necessita di un porta shampoo, bagno doccia ecc.

Muy buena experiencia

Pros: Mi experiencia en el apartamento fue realmente muy buena. Todo estaba en perfectas condiciones: limpio, ordenado y acogedor. La ubicación es excelente y facilitó mucho moverme por la zona. Además, el anfitrión fue atento y el proceso de llegada y salida fue muy sencillo. En general, fue una estancia muy agradable y sin ningún inconveniente. Lo recomiendo totalmente y sin duda volvería a hospedarme aquí.

Bien placé et propre

Pros: L’appartement était nickel, deco moderne, climatisation, proche de la mère, parking à disposition, le contact avec le propriétaire était parfait, réactif, bienveillant.

Cons: L’appartement est idéal pour 2 personnes un chouïa serré pour 2 adultes et 2 enfants mais nous avons malgré tout passé un excellent séjour.

Bien être

Pros: L'emplacement village très propre bien fréquentée propreté de l'appartement impeccable sauf sous le lit un peu de poussière apparemment vraiment cosy il porte bien sont nom conforme au 📷

Relax a pochi passi dal mare

Pros: Sicuramente molto vicino alla spiaggia, ai supermercati, parcheggio super comodo!

Cons: Con le zanzariere applicate non si possono abbassare le tende esterne ma non è un vero e proprio disagio. È più un consiglio

Ottima struttura con posizione strategica

Pros: Appartamento molto accogliente, con letto molto comodo. La posizione è strategica, in quanto con la macchina puoi raggiungere le principali destinazioni della costa azzurra ed inoltre è vicino la stazione di Cros de cagnes. E’ inoltre vicino il lungomare di Cagnes. La cucina è abbastanza equipaggiata

Cons: E’ un po’ limitato la fornitura di sapone doccia e il detersivo per la lavatrice, soprattutto per noi che siamo stati per diversi giorni. La zanzariera della camera da letto richiede una piccola manutenzione.
