Pros: Location: seafront, close to buses and trains, grocery store, restaurants. Also, property was clean and well-kept, with nearly everything provided that we needed.
Cons: Bedroom very small, which was expected, but mattress also a bit soft. Could probably be improved. Check-in time provided was very narrow window as we needed to meet the hosts at the property. This was less convenient than self-check-in. A more detailed info booklet on the property )e.g. how to use appliances) and the surrounding area would also have been appreciated.

Pros: Location was perfect. We could walk to the marina at Loubet and in the other direction to Cap 3000. Apt was spotlessly clean and very comfortable with spectacular views.
Cons: Only one complaint. Bedroom was far too small. Bed was against the wall with no room to walk round.

The convience of the location make this an ideal holiday destination!
Pros: Ms Manhattan was so helpful in getting us settled and we appreciate the help with our checkout! The apartment is located within a 5 minute walk to both the train and bus. It was so easy and inexpensive to get from/to the airport and all of the other towns along the Côte d’Azur. Cros de Cagnes seemed to be less crowded than other beaches and towns making it a great place to stay in the height of summer. One of the highlights of our 11 day trip was walking up to Haut Cagnes sur Mer to walk around the medieval village, visit the castle and have lunch at one of the hilltop restaurants.
Cons: The property could use a little facelift. Linens and towels are tired. More forks are needed. The extractor fan in the bathroom and the one over the stove didn’t work.

Pros: Чудова квартира на 5му поверсі. Є ліфт. Відпочивали родиною утрьох. Є все необхідне для комфортного відпочинку. Вид просто неперевершений, все як на фото. Балкон великий із зручними меблями. Є все для пляжу - зонт, підстилка, шезлонги. Дуже уютна маленька кімната, донька була в захваті. Працюючий кондиціонер, без нього було б важко. Хороший душ, проблем із водою не було. Привітні господарі, зустріли, все розповіли. Навколо багато пляжів, кафе, супермаркетів.

Pros: Központi helyen van, minden közel. Fantasztikus a kilátás, a szállásadó nagyon kedves, segítőkész. Minden van a lakásban,amire szükség lehet.
Cons: Kicsit hangos,mivel főúton helyezkedik el, de ez sem volt nagyon zavaró , az ajtó jól szigetelt. A kilátás mindenért kárpótolt. Semmi egyéb negatívum nem volt.

Pros: Mums vieta labai patiko, lokacija tikrai gera žiūrint iš mūsų perspektyvos. Nors komfortas vidutinis, tačiau mums tai nebuvo esminis klausimas. Iš esmes viskas kaip namie, o kokybės visada nebūna per daug :)
Cons: Reikia pasikeisti kondicionierių ir susitvarkyti miegamojo langą, kadangi jį galima atidaryti, nors jis ir užrakintas.

Perfekt für einen Besuch der Côte Azur
Pros: Die Lage der Wohnung ist einfach perfekt! Der Ausblick aufs Meer ist nicht zu toppen, die Ausstattung ist sehr gut. Mit Zug oder Bus kann man alle Hotspots einfach erreichen. Bäckerei und Restaurants sind nur einen kurzen Fußweg entfernt. Für unser Auto haben wir ganz leicht einen Straßenparkplatz gefunden, die Bezahlung ließ sich online regeln.

Хорошая ,небольшая квартира. Красивое место.Прекрасный вид.
Pros: Хорошая,небольшая квартира с прекрасным видом на море и аэропорт Ницца.В квартире достаточно чисто,удобные кровати,есть все необходимое,работает лифт.Прекрасный большой балкон, пляж через дорогу.Мы были в сентябре,людей на пляже почти нет.Старинный центр города хорош,интересно там прогуляться возле крепости.
Cons: Нет парковки под домом.Ближайшая парковка в 5 минутах пешком.Так как под окнами набережная,то достаточно шумно от машин,надо привыкнуть.

Séjour très apprécié dans un lieu parfaitement adapté pour un séjour entre amis ou en famille.
Pros: Appartement bien équipé et bien situé, la vue est très agréable et la clim appréciée. L’établissement est conforme aux photos.
Cons: L’interrupteur de la chambre ne fonctionnait pas et la peut-être un manque d’explication sur l’utilisation de la plaque de cuisson.
