Pros: If you need a place to stay in great location where the Owner is always helpful and fully professional, you are in the right place.

Pros: Perfect location, right by the center, the train station and the beach. A lovely balcony with a great view. Nicolas was a super helpful host too!

Pros: Very nice view and excellent location! And the host was very kind to receive us and explain/give us tips.

Pros: The host Nicolas was wonderful. Supportive both before and during the stay. The flat was just perfect for my stay and allowing for a really relaxing break. I would highly recommend this property.

View to die for

Pros: Nicholas provided a very clear video telling us where to collect the key for self check- in via WhatsApp and sent us a couple of messages afterwards to see if we were ok. We were more than ok! The view from the balcony is something you'd expect to get only in a 5 star hotel. We got up early every morning to enjoy the sunrise.The kitchen was well equipped with a toaster, kettle coffee maker so we were able to have breakfast on the balcony along with late night drinks. The shower was powerful and bed comfortable. The location is great with cafes restaurants and a great supermarket within a few minutes walk. We were the only ones to use the pool when we went there, and it was well kept and clean. It represents great value for money.

Pros: The host is very friendly and helpful, location was perfect. amazing view, good restaurants in the area, center is also very close, you can go everywhere on foot. a great priveit swimming pool. i have really enjoy it.

Pros: Stunning view from the balcony. Excellent 12 meter pool nobody else used.

Cons: The host's use of a video to explain where to collect the key is a good idea. But it's impossible to hear his recorded voice due to street noise. Also, when booking it's not clear that the key's location is different from the apartment location. This is important for guests carrying heavy luggage since a lone guest will have to haul the bag about 100 meters uphill to collect the key and then again to return it. This should be made clear on the booking.com site. A guest who doesn't speak French may have difficulty in communicating with the host to clarify how to collect the key if the listing on Booking isn't edited to clarify this. The tres amable host was very happy I spoke French.

Pros: Отличное местоположение, супермаркет, железнодорожный вокзал рядом. Море в пешей доступности! Болье-сюр-Мер очень милый. Очень чистые и просторные апартаменты с прекрасно оборудованной кухней, есть все для полноценного отдыха. С балкона открывается великолепный вид.

Très bonne semaine dans cet appartement idéalement situé

Pros: Vue sur la mer, lumineux, climatisé, avec piscine, à proximité des commerces, de la plage et de la gare. On peut poser sa voiture et se déplacer uniquement à pied ou en train 👍 Nicolas nous a très bien accueillis, nous a donné de bons conseils et est très sympathique.

Cons: RAS
