Beautiful stylish well equipped apartment.

Pros: Owner was very friendly and helpful. Beautiful stylish well equipped apartment. The bed was comfortable. We liked the wall speaker that linked to our Spotify, the wifi was excellent. Liked that it had a garage for our hire car. The location was very good, close to Nice, Antibes. The were hire bikes, buses and train stations were near by. Good restaurants and bars nearby and the sea across the road. It was nice to sit outside in the garden. The shower was excellent.

Cons: It was a bit light at night as the street light shone through the shutter and the road was a bit noisy. But the good point outshone these drawbacks.

Very relaxing break in a lovely comfortable studio

Pros: Yannick our host was extremely friendly and helpful. When we arrived, he showed us the apartment facilities and explained about the local area, which was very useful. We travelled by motorbike, and it was peace of mind that it could be safely locked away in the underground car park. The apartment itself is beautiful and spotlessly clean, everything you could want is in there. The local area has plenty of places to eat and drink and there is a very reasonable bakery next door. We walked to the local station (15 mins), and travelled to Nice, Antibes and Monaco. Would love to come back in the future - Thank you Yannick.

Emplacement idéal

Pros: Le studio est confortable et très bien équipé. Très bien situé, proche gare.. Boulangerie proche et Restaurants tout le long du boulevard.

Un excellent séjour dans un studio très bien aménagé, spacieux et agréable.

Pros: Un studio très bien aménagé, spacieux et agréable. Très bien situé avec vue sur la mer. Tout est parfait pour passez un très bon séjour. Le lit est grand et confortable. Le garage est un plus appréciable. Nous avons aussi beaucoup apprécié la gentillesse des hôtes.

Prima studio op perfecte plek

Pros: Efficient ingerichte studio, met prima douche en prima bed, en verder alle benodigde toeristische informatie.

Cons: Op de foto's leek het alsof er een aparte slaapkamer was. Dat bleek in werkelijkheid niet zo te zijn: bed in het woon kamerdeel.

Het was een fantastisch verblijf met een ontzettend aangename gastheer, waarbij de voorzieningen en al hetzelfde eruit z

Pros: Een perfecte ligging qua strand en voorzieningen. Heel netjes en verzorgd

Cons: Af en toe wat geluid ‘s ochtends van ontbijtzaakje naast het appartement. Niet heel ernstig.

Pros: Très bon accueil de Yannick, studio très bien équipé, tout est optimisé, très propre, extrêmement bien situé vue mer. Séjour agréable.

Pros: Чистые уютные апартаменты. Терасса с выходом на главную улицу, за которой пляж. Наличие бесплатной парковки. Янник - доброжелательный хозяин, готовый придти на помощь абсолютно по любому вопросу. Всем остались довольны, рекомендую!

Luxe appartement met fantastisch uitzicht

Pros: Ligging was perfect met klein tuintje. Parkeerbox voor de auto onder het appartement.

Cons: Aan drukke straat met dag en nacht veel verkeer. Appartement naast ons werd verbouwd waardoor er iedere ochtend vanaf 07.30 bouwactiviteiten waren. Natuurlijk kan de eigenaar hier niets aan doen en deed niets af aan het fijne appartement.
