Nemea Appart Hotel Le Lido Cagnes sur Mer

Pros: Pool area very spacious and well-kept. Nice small gym. Great shortcut to the port/beach via the pool gate. Lovely 'estate'. Reception staff friendly and informative.

Cons: First impression was of a very grey 'municipal' building (although inside much nicer). Street view is not particularly appealing and very noisy from busy road. Check-in is 5pm which is far from ideal.

Overnight stay

Pros: Extremely large apartment which caters for longer stays.

Cons: Pool was closed for cleaning when it should have been open

Pros: Bus to airport at hotel entrance Close to beach ( not sandy ) Spacious apartment with large balcony

Cons: 10 am check out was too early Public areas needed painting . No vending machine available to access cold drinks

We stayed for five nights and had a great time. Visited Antibes, Cannes, Nice, Monaco, Menton and Eze

Pros: Clean, well equiped apartment and nice pool. The location was close to the beach an close to the train station Cros de Cagnes, which is convenient of you want to take day trips in the area. We appreciated the large balcony, that the windows could be completely blacked out and that the air condition worked well.

Cons: The kids beds were not made when we arrived so that is something we had to do ourselves (which was not a big deal though). A plus would be a dishbrush, dishsoap and more toilet paper so you don’t have to run and buy that yourself.

Cons: It took nearly a week to get the deposit back

Overall Excellent

Pros: Clean, efficient, friendly staff. Pool was excellent for family. Well positioned for south of France city break near Nice. Handy for airport.

Cons: Having to make our own beds on arrival as we arrived late and this wasn’t ideal with tired grumpy children just off the plane!

Pros: The handsome guy on the last day who helped us to open the storage room. :)

Ideal for a happy stay.

Pros: Great location. Spacious room. Lovely views. Ideal swimming pool. Very secure. Staff helpful.

Cons: Air conditioning did not work in bedrooms. So very hot nights. Netflix didn’t work despite asking to be sorted, would have been ideal For the little ones to watch and chill of an evening.
