In Provence-Alpes-Côte d’Azur, the resort of Saint Laurent du Var is situated between the sea and hills, halfway between Cannes and Monaco. This typical Provencal town is lively year round and has many shops and restaurants. The residence, partially renovated, enjoys an outstanding location in a quiet residential area opposite the marina, 100 m from the beach and 200 m from shops and also has a seasonal swimming pool. The fully equipped kitchens in each accommodation offers vitroceramic cooking hob, coffee machine and refrigerator. They all feature a seating area and private bathroom. Bakery deliveries can be made in the morning upon reservation at reception the evening before. Free parking is available on site. The apartments are currently very poorly air conditioned due to an air conditioning problem.

Relaxing, friendly and great value for money.

Pros: A lovely location, near the sea, bars and restaurants. Fabulous reception staff, the rooms were clean and comfortable. It was a 'budget' apartment, hence we had to make the bed and clean the kitchen before leaving, but the price reflected this; it was very good value, and also included a pool!

Cons: Apart from not having a coffee table, we could find no fault.

Pros: Very nice stay. Nice, clean and spacious flat with balcony. Parking lot in the basement. Nearby the sea cost, grocery or good restaurants. Very good location.

Good choice for a family, but you need a car to get somewhere.

Pros: The stuff was friendly. The Appartement is even though not big but well organised. The AC works really good and easy to operate. There was a nice balcony. Good kitchen. The parking is free and well planned, always possible to find a space. The pool is really good and chases are nice and enough. Sea beach is very close and quite nice, not crowded, pebbles are mixed with some sand areas, so it‘s okay to swim without shoes.

Cons: The location is a little far away from tourist activities, there‘s some restaurants, but the beach is wild and no cafes in area. Too far to supermarket by foot. So either you need to come by car or to rent it (as I decided after a day). Regarding the apartment, there is strange situation with consumables: we were given 1 toilet paper, 2 minuscule bars of soap, for six people for week. When asked for more, we were told it‘s up to us to buy everything. It‘s just stupid that such elementary things are not provided and I should bother to buy toilet paper and soap.

Pros: Nice location, close to Nice and Nice aeroport, good for family with children, parking on site, big and nice pool, we had a renovated room so it was a nice one.

Pros: Short walk to the beach. Very big shoppingcenter 1 km away CAP 3000. Two tenniscourts with no fee. Just book your time. Free parking garage under the hotel. Air condition. Dishwasher.

Cons: The parking spots are very small in the garage It was dropping water from the aircondition. It was hard to find a supermarket with the car, lot of trafic. There is only a small grossery store at walking distance. There is a Intermarche with parking up the hill about 1 km away. The hotel is a older building an partly renovated.

Excellent location for families

Pros: The environment is excellent for families with sports facilities like table tennis, lawn tennis and swimming. Close to the marina as well as easy access to public transport. The beds were comfortable as well. CAP3000 shopping mall is a 20mins walk, with pleasant view of the airport runway.
