Really nice, cosy place. If the owner could be a bit more welcoming - would be perfect.

Pros: Perfect small house. Fresh renovation, well equiped. Cosy atmosphere made our stay very relaxed and enjoyable. It's about 20-25 minutes driving from the Nice town center. If you want to go to the beach - it's just 5 minutes away walking. And umbrellas on the terrace was a nice bonus.

Cons: I received the instructions how to access the property in french. I texted a few times if it's possible to have them in english, but no reply. Of course, I translated with AI, but I would expect some response from the owner. (It required confirmation of receipt, by the way). And a few small details would give this property a more luxurious touch. For instance, if there is a Nespresso coffee machine - leave at least a few capsules for the first day, before I buy mine. Same with washing and dishwashing mashines. And in the kitchen I found an old, used sponge (attached picture with a new one I bought). It would be better if there won't be any at all.

Wonderful Stay

Pros: Wonderful place to stay for a couple of nights after our epic cycle ride from St Malo to Nice. Beautifully furnished with high tech features and great air con. Would definitely recommend this place.

Cons: Not really a dislike but the beds are a little on the small side

Outstanding

Pros: Outstanding property. Brilliantly decorated, great outside space, very close to amenities. Couldn’t fault it had a wonderful time here relaxing. Very quiet but close to everything. 4 min walk to train station, around 100 metres to sea. Fantastic.

Cosy, nice appartment near to seaside, would come again :)

Pros: Nice, cosy appartment in great location, 100m from the sea and promenade. New furnitures, great design, we really liked the atmosphere. The street very quiet but close to shops, bars, restaurants. Parking spot nearby Would come again, highly recommended.

Pros: Es ist ein sehr schönes niedliches Häuschen, sehr sauber und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Restaurants und Cafés sind in der Nähe. Jederzeit gerne wieder.

Pros: 새로 리노베이션해서 침대는 좁지만 4인이 머물기 나쁘지않음. 해변이 가깝고 니스와 앙티브등 이동이 쉬움

Cons: 5박인데 ᆢ휴지등이 부족함. 호스트는 welcome 메세지후 연락에 답변이 없음. 소통이 안되는듯ᆢ

Pros: Das Häuschen war wunderschön und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Es hat an nichts gefehlt.

Séjour parfait

Pros: Une maison refaite à la perfection, tout confort, avec une bonne literie, placards sur mesure, clim dans chaque pièce (très important en août !), lave-linge et sèche-linge, etc... Et avec un emplacement qui ne peut être mieux.. Vraiment tout parfait.

Cons: Le propriétaire ne répond pas aux questions, il est très occupé en saison ce qui peut être compliqué. Dans notre cas tout est rentré dans l'ordre finalement sans son aide (problème de clim)
