Pros: the villa is amazing. we were a family of 5, 3 young children and also had grandparents with us. it had absolutely everything we needed and more. the house had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. the perfect location just outside of the busy areas, but close enough to enjoy if and when needed. we visited monaco, antibes, menton, eze, cannes, St paul de vence all with ease. there was more than enough space for us all, beautiful grounds and amenities. oliver and his wife are amazing hosts, I would 100% recommend this if you want the beauty of the south of France, the peace and quiet and perfect location for day trips if needed.
Cons: there was honestly nothing we didn't like. absolutely beautiful house/location/views/stay. would definitely return.

This was the best property I have ever booked via Booking.com
Pros: It was just perfect. The host thought of everything, even fly repellent. The furniture used in the house was of very high quality. There were enough plates, forks and spoons for at least 10 people. The host cleaned the pool every morning, he often asked if we needed anything. He gave us grocery, beach and restaurant recommendations. The host had even bought a new barbecue for the guests to use the day before we arrived.
Cons: Honestly, there was nothing we didn't like. Because of location of the property, I would like to remind you that you have to drive for about 15 minutes to reach the nearest beach. But this was not a problem for us.

Stunning retreat outside of Nice
Pros: This property was amazing. They location is a bit out of the main town, but this is what makes it so special. It is very peaceful. The owner was amazing. He sent us tips on shops and restaurants, and they were outstanding. We will definitely be back. Loved it

Pros: Pretty much everything, host is really friendly and helpfull. Id rate it 10 out a 10 for a holiday retreat.
Cons: The municipality can take better care of the road tends to be narrow at times.

Schöner Urlaub!
Pros: Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt! Das Apartment ist modern, gepflegt und bestens ausgestattet – es fehlt an nichts. Besonders gefallen hat uns die ruhige Lage in Kombination mit der guten Erreichbarkeit interessanter Städte wie Monaco, Nizza oder Cannes, natürlich mit dem Auto. Der Pool direkt vor Ort war ein großes Plus und hat unseren Aufenthalt noch angenehmer gemacht. Die Eigentümer wohnen ebenfalls vor Ort, sind sehr freundlich, jederzeit gut ansprechbar und dabei angenehm diskret – man fühlt sich bestens betreut, ohne je gestört zu sein. Wir kommen gerne wieder und können das Apartment absolut empfehlen.

Pros: Un séjour tout simplement parfait ! La villa était encore plus belle que sur les photos : propre, bien équipée, décorée avec goût, et idéalement située dans un cadre calme et reposant. Tout était à disposition, ce qui a rendu notre séjour très confortable. Les hôtes ont été d’une gentillesse incroyable, disponibles, accueillants et toujours prêts à aider tout en restant discrets. Nous nous sommes sentis comme chez nous dès le premier jour. Une adresse que je recommande les yeux fermés et où je reviendrai sans hésiter !
