Pros: The building and surroundings are iconic, with a fascinating and sympathetic conversion from its original use as a convent since 1604. With one or two notable exceptions, the staff were particularly friendly and accommodating.

Cons: The location in Nice Old Town was not particularly accessible, although assistance was available. The heating in the Bar was not working in very cold conditions and did not work for the several days we stayed - making it fairly difficult to use the bar. There was no clothes storage in our de luxe room other than a hanging closet. The restaurant menu was unchanged during our stay, there was no Plat du Jour and only once was an alternative dish offered

A truly memorable stay that makes me want to return.

Pros: The hotel’s facilities and atmosphere make you feel relaxed and give a sense of privacy. The food here is excellent! every ingredient used is premium quality. I love the hotel’s lush and secluded surroundings, as well as the swimming pool that overlooks the beautiful city view of Nice. Another highlight is the Roman Bath, which is beautifully designed and thoughtfully arranged for convenience and comfort.

Cons: The hotel is not located directly on the main road and isn’t very close to the train station, but it’s definitely worth it for the view and the peaceful atmosphere. The hotel also provides transportation service for guests, which makes traveling much easier.
