Pros: Host was very friendly and easy to talk to- but also gave space and respected privacy. His two cats are adorable and extremely friendly- a must stay if you're a cat person!

Pros: Séjour excellent ! Nico est très accueillant et discret, la chambre propre. Emplacement pratique pas loin du centre ville. Je recommande vivement.

Cons: Pour garer sa voiture, il faut faire un grand tour sur la rue principale, c'était un peu galère.

Pros: Minden a legnagyobb rendben volt, szép tisztaság várt minket, Nico nagyon rendes és figyelmes volt. A macskák nagyon cukik. Ajánlom mindenkinek!🥰

Pros: Nico était très gentil et accueillant, la chambre était propre et agréable. Nous sommes couple et nous sommes quand même sentis très à l'aise comme chez nousDans l'ensemble c'était vraiment très bien. Plus en avait des problème avec une agence nico était la pour nous aidé si vous me demander de revenir je reviendrai avec les yeux fermer plus maison accessible aux tram bus et casino et lidle

Pros: Kedves tulajdonos, segítőkész.Tiszta a szoba illetve az egész lakás.Kéréseinket igyekezett rögtön megoldani a tulajdonos. Kellemes hangulat volt mindvégig.Köszönjük.

Angenehmer Aufenthalt, zu empfehlen!

Pros: Nico war sehr nett und gastfreundlich, Zimmer sauber und schön. Wir sind zwei junge Mädchen und haben uns trotzdem sehr wohl gefühlt. Es war insgesamt wirklich sehr gut.

Cons: Bad hätte etwas mehr aufgeräumter sein können, Zimmer und Badezimmer kann man nicht abschließen

Eine tolle Zeit in Nizza und bei Nico gehabt! :)

Pros: Gute Lage unweit des Flughafens, aber kein Auto Lärm oder sonstiges zu hören. Toller Mensch freundlich und hilfsbereit. Schlüssel Übergabe relativ spät problemlos erledigt. Ansonsten war es sauber und ordentlich bei Nico. Schöner Balkon mit Ausblick ins Grüne. Wir durften uns auch Kaffe bei Niko machen und haben eins seiner eigenen Biere bekommen und ihm dafür ein Bier am nächsten Tag zurück in den Kühlschrank gestellt.

Cons: Alles war soweit in Ordnung :)

Pros: The owner was so friendly and accommodating and was not invasive at all, they, really made our stay super comfortable. The bed was comfy and we felt really safe there! Definitely recommend!

Cons: Nothing it was all great :)
