Just fab for a short seaside getaway with loads of benefits

Pros: Amazing location with all guest rooms overlooking the sea. The team were super, and genuinely friendly. Rooms are spacious, very clean and simply decorated with everything needed; the bed was very comfortable! Our meals in the hotel’s restaurant were delicious - breakfast comprised a delightful selection of vienoiserie, charcuterie, bread etc, and was very generous. Evening meal was fresh fresh fresh fish beautifully prepared- restaurant service in both morning and evening was professional, kind, courteous, friendly - we highly recommend this hotel, don’t hesitate! Exceptional value

Pros: The room looked onto the water. There were 3 excellent restaurants , including the one in our building.the room was made up each day We had all we needed a train nearby and ubers

Cons: There is nothing to complain about.there were stairs to climb so may not suit people who cannot climb ages stairs

Relaxing and friendly

Pros: Nice and very clean room, close to the beaches and really excellent restaurant. Very friendly staff, special thanks to lady who served the breakfast.

Beautiful Room, Comfortable, Clean

Pros: I was surprised at how beautiful the room was, I found the room clean, the shower room was clean too, the bed very comfortable, the sea view bedroom beautiful looking over towards the sea. Nicolas the host was very welcoming, the lady in the breakfast room was very friendly and kind, nothing was too much trouble. Breakfast is substantial, you could not go away saying you are hungry. Very happy with my one night stay. Thank you.

Cons: The shower door did not close tight enough, so the water was spilling out onto the floor, which is a shame as the rest of the place was so lovely. I don't have any other negatives, which will be a bonus for the owners

Pros: Excellent location and welcome and food! 5-6 minute walk from the station, allow more if you have heavy luggage and you're heading back up that hill on foot. This is a small and very friendly hotel, I was made to feel very welcome and thankfully had an early check in (my flight and luggage were both delayed). I arrived tired and grumpy around lunchtime and felt brighter immediately. Terrific food to be had in the restaurant too, the menu du jour is highly recommended and beautifully presented, clean plates all round. Lovely terrace and breakfast was generous and tasty. Thank you, merci beaucoup to Nicolas, Mem and all the team for a super stay.

Cons: As is to be expected with the location there was noise from the main coast road, but that's only a minor quibble! Some paintwork could have a done with a touch up in the bathroom.

A true French gem by the sea!

Pros: Maison de la Marine is a charming hotel in authentic French style, located right on the coast with stunning sea views from the terrace. The atmosphere is warm and inviting, and it truly captures the spirit of the region. A special thank you to the lovely lady from Thailand who served us with great kindness and kept our room perfectly clean every day — her hospitality made our stay even more enjoyable. The parking is just 50 meters from the hotel and very convenient (15€ per night). All in all, a beautiful experience and highly recommended to anyone looking for a peaceful and scenic stay!

Cons: We had to mention one small downside, it would be the limited breakfast selection — a slightly wider variety would make mornings even more enjoyable. Also, restaurants in the surrounding area tend to be quite pricey for everyday dining.

Pros: Excellent location, just across the street from the beach, clean, comfortable and large enough rroom, sea view, extremely nice staff. Breakfast was very good, not just croissant and coffee :) Highly recommend!

Cons: Proximity to the sea means that you stay near a busy road so it was noisy.

Stay in paradise

Pros: The hotel was a gem in paradise. I would highly recommend the Deluxe room because of the brilliant view. Everyone was very kind and nice, especially Mam who was caring for the breakfast. She made you feel at home and cared for, we had nice chats about this and that. You get to Nice and the surroundings by public transport so you can do pretty much everything you like. Nice restaurants are around too. Best choice!

Cons: All was perfect!

Fabulous in terms of both location and welcome

Pros: It is in a wonderful location near the centre of Cros de Cagnes, close to the station and opposite the beach. The staff were incredibly helpful, allowing us to use our room from quite early in the day and helping us to leave luggage on the day of our flight so we could still get to the beach. The breakfast was also delicious and had lots of choice.

Little gem of a hotel convenient for Nice and onward travel

Pros: Lovely clean room with great sea views. Set back from the road and very quiet. And we appreciated the AC. Very convenient for the train station. Fabulous restaurants along the sea front.

Cons: Nothing - everything was great.
