Appartement agréable en bord de mer

Pros: Very nice coffee by the pool with very good viennoiseries just out the oven for breakfast. Very friendly and helpfull staff.

Basic accommodation with great pool area!

Pros: The property was ideal for our stay - the living area and balcony were quite spacious. We really enjoyed the pool area too! Walking distance to Villefranche-sur-Mer and Beaulieu-sur-Mer.

Cons: Toilet paper wasn't provided (this is a pretty basic provision!) and we were advised to go to the shop to get our own. As other reviews note, the property is a bit dated, but was fine for our needs. We had bunk beds and a large sofa bed, but the sleeping area was pretty cramped (the front door opened right onto the beds).

Pros: location, facilities, bus connections, swimming pool, beach, gardens - all fab.

Pros: Great location, compact apartment but has everything you need. Air conditioning is a must in summer. Pool is great, kids loved it. Close to bus stops, beaches, shops and restaurants in walking distance. Shops are a bit further but one can also take the bus if preferred.

Cons: Really a nitpick, but there were no butter knives (only steak knives)

Small apartment which served our needs as a family of 4 on a short break perfectly.

Pros: The apartment is very compact but well appointed and very clean. The sofa bed is comfortable and very easy to use. Bathroom has been updated to include a heated towel rail which is a bonus. The host was a pleasure to deal with and answered any questions promptly. The apartment is in an excellent location between Villefranche-sur-mer , Beaulieu and Cap- Ferrat.

Pros: Buon appartamento con parcheggio e piscina gratuiti. Balconcino vivibile, bagno con vasca/doccia. Pulito e ottimo per brevi soggiorni.

Cons: Solo un asciugamano per tre ospiti e mancanza bidet, come spesso succede in Francia.

Worth it for the location and price. Nothing over the top.

Pros: Its location is great! The pool is great! Thank god for air conditioning.

Cons: It could have been a bit more clean, we a few more amenities… towels for the pool, hdmi for the TV. More pillows.

Pros: L'appartement était bien et tout était bien équipé. Nous sommes arrivés tard et sommes partis très tôt, et l'accès était facile et pratique. L'hôte a été très rapide à nous répondre.

Cons: Les lits superposés n'étaient pas très confortables pour nous, les adultes. Le stationnement de notre voiture n'était pas facile en raison de notre heure d'arrivée.

Pros: Ottima posizione vicina alla spiaggia e al paese. Tranquillo e silenzioso.
