Pros: The place was very clean and the apartment was a good sized space. There were good kitchen facilities and it was great to have the pool on site.

Cons: There was no handsoap provided and insufficient toilet paper - we had to buy our own for the few days we were there.

Cons: Literie fatiguée Système de refroidissement (qui ne refroidit que peu) de l'air datant d'un autre siècle dans tous les cas insuffisant.

Pros: L’emplacement et la vue magnifique du balcon. Snack bar à la piscine était pratique et les croissants étaient délicieux

Cons: Le lit n était pas très confortable et la literie pourrait être renouvelée. Nous avons choisi cet appartement surtout pour la piscine avec les enfants mais l’eau est tellement profonde que je ne pouvais pas toucher le fond de la piscine. Je devais donc rester dans les escaliers avec le bébé

The location is great and the hosts were lovely

Pros: The hosts met us in person and were lovely, helping us understand the amenities of the apartment. The location is perfect between the town of Villefranche and Saint jean cap ferret. The bus was located right at the apartment so it was a quick walk to town or a 2 minute bus ride when we were tired. The hotel pool is nice and the beach is just a short walk away.

Cons: The bed linens and towels were extremely old and uncomfortable and if the owners provided new linens, I'm sure future guests would really appreciate it. Also, the bedroom could use a newer/better fan.
