Pros: we were totally obsessed with the ocean view, and the living room and balcony are superb! very good location close to beach and all sorts of restaurant, definitely my choice if visiting Nice next time !

Great apartment in a great location.

Pros: The apartment itself was great, spacious, clean and modern, lovely big balcony's. The bedrooms were quiet and comfortable, each bedroom has its own ensuite and there is also another separate WC. We loved the location, lovely sea views and great views of the airport. We enjoyed watching the planes take off and land but I can see that it could be slightly noisy for some people. Train station is a 10 min walk and easy to get to Nice/Monaco/Cannes. Great bars and restaurants along the beach front. Supermarket 10/15 min walk. Would definitely stay here again.

Cons: Not that easy to get into the apartment although we did receive pictures and instructions prior to arrival. Took us a few minutes to work out how to get the key in the door, there is a magnetic slider to open up the lock which was not explained. The management team were hard to get hold of and I sent a few messages that were not responded too. We were told there was a place to store luggage but by the time they responded we were at the airport! The deposit seems ridiculously high and it took 3 weeks for it to be released.

Pros: Great place, great views, overall positive impression

Cons: The only minor challenge was entry and unlocking the doors for the first time, especially with the key boxes - there are several of them on the floor. Enhancing the instructions and testing them with first-time visitor would ensure a smoother experience and make the stay truly flawless.

Pros: The apartment is very spacious, it has 2 huge balconies, one is facing the sea and the other - the inner courtyard. There were a lot of kitchen utensils, enough toilet paper, soap, dishwasher tablets. It was rather clean but there was dust on the second level of children's bed. The seaside is very close but I didn't like the beach, the water was dirty. There were enough towels and several bathrobes. It would be great to have slippers because the floor was a bit cold.

Cons: There were only 2 normal cups for tea. One chair was shabby. The floor was a bit cold and no slippers. And you have to pay deposit of 1000 euro.

Localisation superbe.

Pros: Localisation superbe, très propre, bien aménagée, résidence très calme, le prix un peu cher vu que c'est l'hiver.

Cons: Rien.

Soddisfatti dell'esperienza.

Pros: Il personale che ci ha accolto e la persona con cui eravamo in contatto sono stati molto gentili, disponibili e comprensivi per le nostre esigenze. L'appartamento molto bello dotato di tutte le comodità e la pulizia era eccellente. Ottima posizione davanti alla spiaggia perfetta per famiglie con servizio di soccorso sempre presente.

Pros: Stor leilighet rett ved stranden - som var en av få sandstrender i området! Stor, romslig leilighet med store bad til begge soverom pluss ekstra toalett. To store balkonger med fine møbler. Alt du trenger er inkludert! Stort kjøpesenter 600 m unna, restauranter på fortauet under bygget 😊😊😊

Cons: Vi hadde litt problemer med å finne nøkkelboks.

Pros: Велика квартира, було все необхідне. До пляжу 50 метрів і недалеко великий торговий центр

Pros: Sehr luxuriöse Wohnung,sehr schone Lage am Meer in einer sehr gepflegten Anlage

Cons: Auf beiden Balkons,ist es durch Gartenarbeiten,oder durch das Restaurant ,sehr laut.Die Einweisung mit der Schlüsselübergabe hätte schöner laufen können,etwas wie Schnitzeljagd.

Schöne Wohnung mit seitlichem Meerblick

Pros: Sehr grosse, gut ausgestattete Wohnung. Alles sehr gepflegt und sehr sauber. Ideale Lage. Garagenbox in der Einstellhalle.

Cons: Es braucht etwas Zeit, bis man mit Hilfe der Anleitung den Schlüssel gefunden hat. Die Kaution ist sehr hoch und es dauerte 4 Wochen, bis diese wieder freigegeben wurde.
