Pros: Stunning apartment with everything you need in a great location.

Perfectly enough of everything for a holiday, advised to book

Pros: Very easy communication with the host. Everything is close (mall, supermarket, beach, train station, airport). The apartment is nice, not the newest, mostly functional, but it had everything we needed.

Cons: Some home supplies we had to buy (like soap, sponge, trash bags). Small thing, but could be more convenient to have them on hand.

St Laurent Du Var is amazing

Pros: The location was fantastic and the facilities were everything we needed. The host communications were first class.

Pros: Everything was great. The apartment had everything what we needed. It was clean, great AC, comfortable bed, great balcony, was very close to the beach and the shopping mall. It had a parking spot in the garage, wash mashine and dishwasher were very helpful. Great communication with the owner via messages.

Confort and Savings in Cote d'Azur

Pros: The apartment's infrastructure. Excellent size for up to 3 people. We stayed for 4 days and had washing machines and dishwashers available.The location is close to a shopping, bus stop to Nice and 600m from the train station.

Cons: We liked everything. As a suggestion for improvement, it would be interesting to add another lamp to the bathroom ceiling, provide softer towels and place a fixed cover on the sofa.

Pros: Perfect location. Great for couples, beach is only a 5 minute walk away. It’s got everything you need for a longer stay. We will be back

Perfect modern, exceptionally-well equipped apartment - genuinely the best we have every stayed in!

Pros: What a beautiful apartment. Everything was very modern and spotless! I have genuinely never seen such a well equipped apartment, with every kitchen item you could possibly think of, cupboard full of cleaning materials.... the list is endless. It actually looked as if it was someone's home that they had let out for a week it was so homely. I can't praise the accommodation enough. Alix, the owner, was always available to chat with and very helpful indeed. I give Alix and her apartment a very resounding 10 out of 10. The apartment is a couple of minutes walk from the sandy beach/main restaurants/marina and is ideally located. We come to Saint Laurent du Var twice a year and will definitely be looking to come back to this apartment for our next trip.

Pros: La simplicité et l'efficaité de l'appartement. Bien placé.

Pros: Le confort, la literie au top, l'emplacement stratégique, le parking souterrain sécurisée, la disponibilité des propriétaires et leur amabilité...bref tout était au top.

Cons: La météo cette semaine lol 😅😅😅

Pros: Super emplacement, le parking privé est un vrai avantage. L’appartement est pratique.
