Super comfortable to stay in for a couple of days.

Pros: Excellent location, 5 minutes walk from the station and close to every key attraction of Nice, including the beach. The apartment had everything you may need during your stay for couple of days. The bedroom was separate from the living area. The check-in / check-out procedure was quite easy. As a bonus point, we needed a bit early check-in which was ensured on request. Super satisfied.

Great option in Nice

Pros: Location is great, its really close to everything! you have all the utensiles needed in the kitchen so if you need to cook, you have everything there. bed and sof cama are very comfortable also. Staff is also very helpful.

Cons: The smell coming from the bathroom is very strong so we had to keep the Windows opened while we were inside the apartment.

Nice well located apartment

Pros: Location was great close to the station but also to the Jean Medecine boulevard. Apartment was small but cozy and reasonably well equipped. It looked like recently refurbished. Value for money.

Cons: Some things in the apartment weren't aging that well. Such some of the furniture doors. The communal areas of the building were very old. No lift. Staff was very sparse and nearly robotic. For all I know they could have been ChatGPT. I'll never know as we interacted with no humans in person.

Cons: Abbiamo trovato una macchia di sangue sul lenzuolo e materasso. Divano un po' difettoso
