Studio with terrace and sea view

Very satisfyied!

Pros: Everything! It is a really nice place, was clean and has a nice view. Well equipped with kitchen utensils, wash machine, towels etc. The owner was really nice and helpful, always answered quickly and gave us very detailed guide list.

Cons: The only thing I was missing was a shower curtain, because every time we showered, a lot of water landed outside the bathtub, even though I tried my best not to. There are ones that can be washed too, so it is just an advice, but really, everything else was great!

Excellent value stay with a nice view.

Pros: The host Vadym is always contactable from booking till end of our stay which we appreciate. Amenities at place makes you feel like home & the tramline is just a few minutes walk away.

Cons: The place could do with a bit of updating as some things looks worn out. Bit difficult having shower & holding shower head at the same time.

I would most definitely recommend to stay at, beautiful view of the beach and ideal location!

Pros: Amazing location, in between the airport and centre of Nice. A 20 minute walk to Nice Saint-Augustin train station. If you’re visiting cities and towns outside of Nice, I’d recommend getting on the train here as there’s a higher chance of getting a seat, as most people get on the train at Nice-Ville, to visit Monte Carlo, Èze etc. The property was very clean and had all the essentials needed. Washing products and basic food cooking items, such as salt and oil. Vadym the owner is a very clear and easy to contact owner, we had an amazing experience with him!

Cons: The top hob was broken and kept blowing out the fuse box. However Vadym did offer to provide a camping stover which we did decline!

It was the best option I could have chose for a stay in Nice!

Pros: I was really surprised how comfy this flat is. There’s a very convienient system to check in (the key is left in a keybox). From the first view you can notice that the owner really cares about the guest and wants them to feel good. The flat is clean and has everything what you need or even more. In the bathroom you can find shampoo and shower gel, in the kitchen there are plenty of tools, there are some leftovers from previous guests (what a great idea!) - we could use some oil to make scrambled eggs:) Hangers, fridge, kettle and even microwave and iron. The location is also good. In a couple of minutes there’s a tram stop, in around 25min there’s a train station. Also if you want you can get by foot to the airport. It’s easy to contact with the owner and he’s always willing to help. There’s really nice sea view from the balcony. You can seat, eat and drink and admire the landscape. The flat is so comfy, you can feel like home:)

Great apartment for a weekendtrip

Pros: Room on the 6th floor with partially seaside view, friendly and proactive host guarantees easy communication, secure place, very quiet area, small terrace with lounge set

Cons: It's a basic apartment, good enough but don't expect anything luxurious

Pros: It's a small studio, but it has everything. The host is doing a great job. We enjoyed a beautiful sunrise view through the balcony! This made our stay even better ✨️

Cons: I personally didn't like the fact that I needed to throw away my rubbish bags. It's not a big deal, but if you are in a hurry, it's annoying.

Ideal for a weekend

Pros: The apartment had a beautfiul view over the sea and the bay, the balcony was a great place to have breakfast while enjoying the sun. It was 20 minutes to reach the city center directly by the tram. The airport is within 10 minutes, but luckily it’s not very noisy. There were some small amenities in the kitchen like tea and coffee which made the stay easier. The bed was okay for a few days stay.

Great stay, great place, great appartment, host and everything else.

Pros: The studio is well equipped with everything you might need. (Microwave, washing machine, oven, water heater, fridge etc. The balcony is big and enjoyable. The location is also great, near beach, trams, very well connected. Close to the train station Saint Augustin, easy to reach Cannes, Montecarlo or Italy by train. Close to the airport, also by feet, but very quiiet appartment, good isolation. Big markets around, my recommendation Intermarché, very good prices and a lot of any kind of goods.

Pros: Alojamiento, bien, ubicado, a pocos pasos de una línea de Tram, que conecta con el centro de la ciudad en pocos minutos e igualmente cerca al aeropuerto de Niza. El apartamento tal y como se escribe en el anuncio, cómodo para tres o cuatro personas con un supermercado cerca y una terraza donde se puede disfrutar.
