Excellent location and great host.

Pros: The location is excellent. Very close to everything and only steps from the famous old town. There's almost everything you need in the apartment for a short stay.

Cons: The apartment is close to a square and a bus stop. If the window is open, it can be a little noisy, even at night.

Pros: Great little apartment, perfect for two people. Location was great, close to plaza, cafes, shops, trams and only a 15min walk to train.

Cons: A little bit noisy at night from a Cafe on the street below but generally quietened down by midnight.

The location, the host and the equipment of the accommodation are perfect

Pros: The location is perfect. The accommodation is located literally on the main square, nearby is a supermarket that only works until late, the old town is 5 minutes away, the beach is 2/3 minutes away, tram stops are in front of the apartment. The train station is about 15 minutes away, but the big advantage of the accommodation is that you can walk to everything. The lady who welcomed us was very nice, she recommended beaches, restaurants, bars... In the accommodation we had 2 beach towels, one sunbed and beach umbrella, clean towels, washing machine, hair dryer, iron... Fully equipped accommodation. The accommodation is absolutely the same as in the pictures. We hope that we will have the opportunity to return again.

Cons: Small complaints are that the air conditioner cannot cool the entire space, and the only thing we missed was bedding for the duvet, purely for hygienic reasons.

Pros: Location could not be any better, the place has all the amenities and is perfect for both short and a long stay in Nice. The hosts were very responsive and even flexible for a late check out. Sheets were a bit dusty but overall it was clean. Good value for money!

Pros: Fantastic location just off Place Massena. Very near tram and bus. Good wifi. Responsive owner.

Cons: Lack of lighting in the bedroom area, although there are lamps that can be moved around.

Friendly welcome, some things need attending

Pros: Lift, excellent location. Coffee machine, large windows. Great welcome from the host who was really helpful.

Cons: The Air con wasn’t working. The machine supplied didn’t have an extract tube, so cool out the top and hot at the back=zero. A week too long for one set of towels. No veg knives or cheese knives. Cutlery handles broken and cutlery drawer dirty. Hot water spurting out of the sides of shower pipe.
