Cons: *The apartment did not have an air conditioner, only two older fans, which could not cool down the place during high heat. Staying here in the warmer months can therefore be challenging.

Pros: The apartment was even better than in the photos — we were absolutely delighted! The location is very convenient: there's a Carrefour supermarket in the building that's open even on Sundays, and the beach is just across the street. There's also a great sand-filled, fenced area for playing volleyball. A big thank you to the host for the warm welcome and care — she prepared everything for our baby, including a crib, a sterilizer, and a bottle warmer. We were very happy with our stay and highly recommend this place!

Overall, we had a great stay—comfortable, well-located, and with everything we needed for a relaxing visit.
Pros: The apartment was conveniently located right by the tram line, making it easy to get to the city center. It was clean, comfortable, and had a beautiful sea view. It was also fully equipped with everything we needed. Having a supermarket in the same building was a big plus! Just 3 stops away from Nice St Augustin station from where you can travel to any of the surrounding towns and cities - Cannes or Monaco.
Cons: Not very common for the area, but having air conditioning would have been a big plus—especially since we were there during a heat wave. It would’ve made the stay even more comfortable.

Cozy stay, in the apartment with the best view for a croissant and coffee in the mornings.
Pros: Very nice view from the terrace, comfortable bed, close to the airport and the beach.
Cons: The living room was a bit noisy in the evenings as the streets were still busy.

Pros: Lovely refurbished apartment and great location on the promenade and the tramline. Easy access to airport, trains to Canne & Monaco and Nice city centre. Excellent hosts and staff that were quick to deal with any queries we had.

Pros: Byt pekný, priestranný, dobra poloha pri zasstavke električky, blízko pri mori.Vybavenie bytu vyborne(kuchyna, pracka).Byt bol čistý, terasa pohodlnas priestorom na sedenie aj sušenie pradla
Cons: Veľký hluk z dopravy,bez klimatizácie.Nedostatok uložneho priestoru (k dispozicii len uzky priestor na zavesenie a 2 poličky), boli sme 4 osoby a veci sme mali v kufroch.Ostatne skrine boli uzamknuté-neboli k dispozicii

Schöner Urlaub in Nizza
Pros: Wohnung ist in einer guten Lage, alles sehr schnell erreichbar. Terrasse und Ausstattung sind sehr praktisch.
Cons: Die fehlende Klimaanlage macht den Aufenthalt sehr mühsam, vor allem wenn es in der Nacht nicht wirklich abkühlt.

Super appartement très bien placé avec une vue magnifique
Pros: L’appartement est très bien situé. Vous êtes face à la promenade, dans un quartier très calme, avec plein commerces (supermarchés, boulangeries, boucheries, restos…). L’appartement est très beau, spacieux, avec une superbe terrasse (vue magnifique !). La résidence est très calme et sécurisée. Vous avez absolument tous les équipements pour vous sentir comme chez vous. Le tram est en bas de l’immeuble, vous êtes entre deux stations du tram 2 et 3 (20min de l’aéroport avec le 2). J’ai vraiment adoré mon séjour et pourtant c’est ma 4eme fois à Nice.
Cons: Lorsqu’on prend une douche, l’eau ne s’écoule pas rapidement, il faut faire attention car elle sort vite de la douche.
