Pros: A place that brings peace and relaxation! (⁎⁍̴̛ᴗ⁍̴̛⁎)Mr. Gary, the landlord with impeccable taste and exceptional insight, has managed everything impeccably! 👍From cooking utensils to toiletries, everything is provided, offering modern and comfortable living. The seaside park is right outside, and it's incredibly convenient to take the bus or tram.

Pros: A small, very comfortable and clean flat, perfect for two people. It is equipped with all necessary, big TV, comfortable bed, excellent wifi connection and wonderful terrace. We spent some amazing time in Nice

Cons: The flat is far from the city center but it is not a big problem because the tram station is pretty close.

Pros: Very clean studio, equipped with everything you need, cooperative host. Very well positioned, means of transport nearby with which you can travel in all directions. A big plus, carefour on the ground floor, smart TV with a large diagonal, spacious terrace (important for smokers), beautiful view reflected in the glass building. It deserves 10 +, for a relaxed stay.
