Pros: Location was perfect and view was amazing from the balcony. Balcony was fabulous with the egg chair and great shade there to sit and relax out of the sun Bathroom was perfect with great shower and plenty storage Air conditioning and kitchen facilities excellent. Walking distance to everyplace e.g. Nice Old town, Flower Market, Castle Hill.

Cons: Check out was at 10am and there was no place to leave our cases until it was time to go to the airport so we ended up staying hours in the airport when we could have been spending time in Nice. Sofa bed wasn't very comfortable. Needed a few more clothes hangers to hang dresses and shirts.

Pros: View from the balcony was remarkable. Waking up to that view and seeing it throughout the day was really special.

Cons: I had a sofa bed instead of an actual bed which I wasn't expecting so make sure to clarify first

it would be nice if we could split the cost of losing two nights. I would take a inflatable matress

Pros: I was not aware of breakfast being available. So I missed that. I loved the location! It was ideal. It was directly across from the beach and walking distance. There was shopping and nice restaurants within walking distance. It was wonderful!

Cons: As an American, we are accustomed to comfort in the area of rest. The roll-out sofa bed was just not comfortable enough for me to stay my entire time. It was too low and the mattress was too thin making sleep very uncomfortable. I had to leave two days earlier than planned. If there were better sleeping arrangements, it would be the ideal place.
