Pros: a train station in front of the door. Nearby supermarket. Private parking area. Full kitchen equipment.

Cons: run out of hot water after two person shower.

Amazing stay. Definitely recommend

Pros: The apartment was very clean and exceptionally well-equipped. The rooms were spacious and had air conditioners. The beds were very comfortable. Both the bathroom and shower were great. The location is fantastic - situated just near to the beach, promenade and also a few steps from tram stop. Beach accessories were also provided. The host was very helpful and communication was excellent.

Pros: Good afternoon. We stayed in the apartments for 10 days. Incredible design. The location is very convenient, the area is quiet, there is parking. The apartment is very cozy, large and spacious, equipped with all amenities. The apartment has everything you need (air conditioning, household appliances, towels). Everything is thought out to the smallest detail, made with love. I liked absolutely everything. The owners of the apartments are very friendly and pleasant. The apartment is super clean. The impression is wonderful. Thank you for such a good attitude and a beautiful apartment. I recommend it to everyone.

Excellent location for my Ironman race with very helpful host.

Pros: Excellent location if arriving by plane. 1min from apartment is tram stop (airport, city center, Allianz riviera). 200m beach, or 20min walk to city center.

Cons: Parking slot is not dedicated to apartment. Difficult parking in private property, however still better than searching place along the streets of Nice.

Wonderful apartments in close proximity to the sea

Pros: Wonderful apartments in close proximity to the sea. Beautifully zoned living room and bedroom, kitchen equipped with everything you need to create culinary masterpieces. Air conditioners, washing machine and WiFi work well. Parking next to the house. Special thanks to the owners for their loyal attitude towards pets. We rested with dogs, beach for animals 5 min. walk from the apartments. Very satisfied with the stay, I recommend, we will definitely come back again.

Pros: Amazing location and apartment had everytbing you could want.It was comfortable (great bed), plenty of space, easy access to all of Nice - tram line right out the front door - ground floor was perfect for the dog and having parking, perfect. Couldn't ask for more, highly recommend.

Pros: Комфортабельні апартаменти в першій лінії від моря, оснащені всім необхідним для чудового відпочинку. Два кондиціонери, пральна та посудомийна машини, професійно обладнана кухня. Поруч з помешканням кафе, ресторани, супермаркети та зупинка громадського транспорту. Приємні власники, які завжди готові допомогти. Тут є можливість розміщення з домашніми улюбленцями, за що наша особлива подяка 🙏 Пляж для собак знаходиться в 5-ти хвилинах ходьби. Відпочивали тут вдруге, обов’язково повернемось ще раз. Рекомендую!
