Cons: A única coisa que deixou a desejar e o sofá da sala , ele não e confortável e se outra pessoa precisar dormir na sala não tem como , poderiam trocá-lo pelo preço da acomodação

Pros: Nous avons apprécié l'emplacement. Près de la promenade, pas très loin du tram et de la place Masséna et vieille ville. Tous peut se faire à pied.

Perfect location to enjoy all that Nice has to offer.

Pros: The apartment was in a fantastic location. Shops, restaurants, groceries, train station, and ocean were all within a 5-10 minute walk away. Fantastic location. The AC was super as we got into town on the first day of a heat wave. Balcony was perfect for a glass of wine and people watching.

Cons: It was a bit of an inconvenience to go to the office to check in and get keys.

Our stay was fantastic! The condo was great, centrally located, and a wonderful home base in Nice.

Pros: The location was perfect! Close to restaurants, shops, and public transportation. The balcony was lovely to sit and enjoy coffee or a glass of wine at the end of the day. The building was quiet and just as described. Would definitely stay here again!

Cons: The bathtub is very slick and curved at the edges making it very easy to slip and fall. A bathmat would be a huge safety bonus!
